Welcome to our spacious family vacation condo located in the Bella Piazza community in Davenport, one of the most convenient areas for visiting Walt Disney World while still enjoying a quiet and relaxed environment after busy park days.
The condo comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests and is ideal for families. You will have full living space, separate bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, in-unit laundry, and a fully equipped kitchen — allowing you to organize park days easily without the limitations of a hotel room.
I personally manage the property and always respond through the platform messaging system. VRBO automatically translates messages, so international guests can communicate easily in their preferred language. Clear communication and guest comfort are very important to me.
The condo features:
• Master suite with king bed, TV, private bathroom with double sink, bathtub and shower, and pool view
• Second bedroom with queen bed and private bathroom
• Two additional bedrooms with twin beds and TVs (perfect for children or teens)
• Large living and dining area
• Balcony overlooking the pool
• Central air conditioning
• Washer and dryer inside the unit
• High-speed WiFi and cable TV
• Fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher and small appliances
Bella Piazza is a Mediterranean-style community offering:
• Two resort-style swimming pools
• Children’s splash area
• Fitness center
• Game room
• Clubhouse and lounge areas
• Free parking
Supermarkets, restaurants, and pharmacies are within minutes, and the Disney parks are approximately a 15-20 minute drive depending on traffic.
• ID verification is required by the condominium association for all adult guests before arrival (building security policy).
• Check-in instructions are provided after registration is completed.
• This is a residential condominium community, not a hotel, so quiet hours and building rules must be respected.
• No parties or events are allowed.
• Guests must communicate through the VRBO platform messaging system.

I chose the Bella Piazza community because it offers the perfect balance between proximity to the parks and a quiet residential environment. It is about 15–20 minutes from Walt Disney World by car, but away from heavy traffic and hotel congestion.
The area is surrounded by green spaces and walking paths, which I personally enjoy. You can go for a walk, relax outdoors, and still have supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacies, and everyday services just a few minutes away without needing to drive far for everything.
I also love the warm Mediterranean-style design of the community. It feels calm and welcoming rather than crowded or commercial. When I chose this condo, I thought about my own travel experiences with my younger children and now with teenagers, and I realized this type of space works well for all ages as well as for the adults traveling with them.
