Guests will receive a door code through the Airbnb app that will unlock the front door.

There is a resort access RFID key in the kitchen. This key is needed to access the resort amenities (pool complex, fitness center, miniature golf). If you lose this key or fail to return it a $125 replacement charge will occur.

We are dog-friendly with a pet fee of $200 per stay.
A maximum of two dogs per townhouse is permitted. We do not allow cats, birds, or other animals.
Puppies under one year of age are not permitted.
Dogs must be crated when guests are not in the unit.
Dogs are not permitted in common areas, such as the pool deck.
We have breed restrictions and do not allow breeds known to be aggressive.

We do not charge for service animals. Please note that the State of Florida does not recognize emotional support animals as service animals.

Pets must be officially included in your Airbnb reservation, and the associated pet fee must be paid through the platform. Please be aware that failure to report a pet or remit the required pet fee will result in extra cleaning service charges equivalent to an amount higher than the standard pet fee, in addition to any applicable taxes.

Pack ‘n Plays and highchairs are available for rent at $30 plus tax per item, per stay.
Guests who make official rental requests at least 48 hours before their arrival will receive a 50% discount on the rental fee.
Payment is required 48 hours before arrival.
For rental inquiries within 48 hours of the arrival, guests may inquire in person with our front desk team upon or after the check-in.

Maximum capacity: 10 guests

Access to the property is limited to registered guests only. Your reservation must accurately reflect the total number of guests staying or visiting, including all adults, children, and infants. If your guest count changes after booking, please notify us immediately to adjust your reservation, provided the new count does not exceed our maximum occupancy limit.

Parties or social gatherings are not permitted.

If it`s discovered that the number of guests on the property exceeds either the registered guest count or the maximum occupancy at any time during your stay, it will be considered a violation of your rental agreement. This may result in:
* An immediate additional charge of $20 per person, per night, plus tax, for each unregistered guest.
* Immediate cancellation of your reservation without a refund for the remaining nights.
* Requiring all guests to vacate the property immediately.

The pool can be heated for an additional fee.
It`s $35 per day, plus tax.

For stays with 7-day intervals, you can enjoy a special rate of $100 per week, plus tax. Any remaining days outside of a full week will be charged at the daily rate. You`ll be charged for the entire length of your stay for this service.

This add-on service must be requested and paid in full at least 48 hours before your 4 PM check-in day.
