Awesome!

This property was even more beautiful than the pictures. My family (four of us) all slept here comfortably and enjoyed staying in such a nice condo. Check-in and check-out was so easy, and it really helped enhance our stay all together. Definitely recommend!

This is a home away from home so to speak. It’s clean, family environment is great! We loved the deli this year. It’s close enough to shops but also still not a huge resort rype feel which we enjoy.

Thank you for your review! We appreciate your time and opinions. We are very sorry you encountered these problems during your stay, as the experience you described does not meet our usual standards. The closed elevators are for everyone’s safety while we wait for the repairs to be completed from previous storm damage. Like many other industries, the impacts of COVID put elevator repairs behind due to not being able to get parts. We at Aqua-Aronov Resort Management let our guests know to pack their patience ahead of their trips. Regardless, this is unacceptable, and we are working diligently to get all elevators back in good working order. We will address every concern and hope that you will stay with us again in the future! We had a great time. The property was wonderful. Wish the weather would have cooperated a little more but that’s no one’s fault. My only suggestion for our actual condo would be a couple pizza pans and some actual blankets. There was plenty of sheets just no blankets. Thanks- Joni Sullivan

Clean and well maintained. Great customer service with quick response time. Close walking distance to gift shops for kids and dining! Pools were nice and not a long walk to beach chairs (which were a BIG plus). We have stayed at many places the past 8 years but this one has been the best! We will for sure be back!!!!

Reviewer Comments: When I walk into a condo that first day of vacation, I look for a few specific things and this is what I saw as I walked around Aqua 708 for the first is beautifully decorated, not too much but just enough decor and color to make it very attractive. It was very clean, meaning the counters, floors, bathtubs, toilets, and showers were free of sand and dirt and grossness. The condo has small things available that just make the stay more comfortable, like a really big walk in closet in the master bathroom with a few hangers, a luggage stand, lots of extra pillows, a closet of extra boogie boards and toys, plenty of dishes and glassware in the kitchen, and nice, clean, newer furniture/chairs on the balcony. Without a doubt, this was one of the nicer, cleaner condo's we have ever reserved at the Aqua and we have been staying at this complex for several years. It would be worth it to check out this condo for your next vacation.

Fall vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was not the best vacation. Of course we can’t control the weather but the guys that put out the chairs took them up way too early most days . In the past it was 5:00 but not this year . Just whenever was good for them . And we got a text about 10:30 with the codes and said our room was available. So when we got there about 2:00 we went ahead and unloaded our vehicle but the room code didn’t work . Front desk said they didn’t send the code . But the room was ready and they finally decided to let us in. I don’t understand why they didn’t want us to get in early. The room was clearly empty for a day or 2 from the dust on the furniture. And the tvs were not user friendly. Especially the one in the living room . We have stayed at Aqua for years but probably not next year .

To address your concerns: The beach chair service is separate from Aronov and Aqua, we do, however apologize for the inconvenience this caused you! Your unit was not ready at the time of your arrival, it appears you were referencing the text and using the door code sent to you for your previous 2023 stay in the same 708 unit. We let you in the unit and sent you the current door code as soon as our Housekeeping and Maintenance teams released it as checked by them. Please contact the front desk during your stay next time so we can have your issue(s) resolved in a timely manner! We hope you'll give us another try again next year Aqua, as we do value you as a returning guest! ~ Aronov Resort Management.

Getting up and down from the room was a nightmare and frankly very dangerous having that much occupancy with only half of the elevators operational
