The condo was outstanding! However, Aqua has a poor reputation for having terrible elevators in this week was no exception. For an entire week one set of elevators was down which forces 230 rooms worth of people into about al2/3 of the elevators that were functioning. This is my only problem as I said overall the condo was outstanding would definitely rent again.

This was our 2nd time renting this unit. It, once again, exceeded our expectations. We love Aqua for its location on the beach and proximity to Pier Park. The beaches in Panama City Beach are some of the most beautiful waters and sand we have ever experienced.This unit is exceptionally appointed. The management team are easy to work with and very friendly.Our only disappointment with our visit was that our favorite restaurant, Hook’d, has not reopened and does not appear to be making much progress on their construction.

Beautiful, Romantic, Get Away!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed this beautiful, romantic, suite! Such a comfortable, clean, well decorated space with spectacular ocean views. We enjoyed the private patio and took great photos of sunsets and moonlit evenings. A few storms rolled in, and it was nice to have private covered parking that is provided for guests only. There are plenty of good restaurants within walking distance but if you want to cook a meal the kitchen has everything you need. The pools were very nice with plenty of seating areas and the beach was beautiful and clean. We enjoyed going to Shell Island and brought back some beautiful shells. There is plenty to do around the area. The staff are wonderful and polite and are there to help make your stay enjoyable. I had a wonderful time spending my 70th birthday here with my husband and want to thank the Aqua Resort for such a comfortable and beautiful vacation stay.

Summer Vaca for 2024

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was perfect. First time staying at this resort and we will definitely be back. The unit is we stayed in was immaculate. The furniture was super comfy and the bed was like sleeping on a supported cloud! The kitchen is stocked with all the amenities you need to prepare meals. The only downfall for me is the coffee pot. I’m not a Keurig person, so if you are, then this is not an issue but I’m an avid coffee drinker and I hope the owners would consider putting in a Keurig pod/pot combo to service both likes! 😉 Other than this, 2110 had not seen the last of us. Now, for Aronov mgmt company. Marcy is the best. She took excellent care of my booking needs and no hiccups whatsoever! We have vacationed here every summer for 22 years and for last 9 yrs, 2-3 x a yr and this was our best stay. Not much else noted for the resort as far as amenities and happenings but if you want rest and quiet, this is your place!

Beach Retreat

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, our stay was very nice. The unit is beautiful and tastefully decorated. I would recommend different bedding as the sheets are cheap and kept coming off of the bed corners which caused wrinkles and aggravation on my part. I would also recommend a mattress cover to protect the integrity of the mattress over the long-term. There is no storage space in the unit other than in the master bed and bathroom. There is no closet or shelves in the second bedroom. The pantry is extremely small so not much can be stored there. There were only 2 of us so the second bedroom not having a closet wasn't an issue for us, but it could be for others. We loved that beach chairs were included in our stay. Overall, we enjoyed our time. I do believe the unit is priced quite a bit higher than similar units which is a deterrent to me. My husband found this unit and booked it before I could say no. LOL! Our adult children booked at the same property and paid a lot less than we did for a 3 bedroom/3 bath unit. Even though it is pricey it is beautiful inside and well-appointed. Kudos to your decorator!!

Weekend getaway

My wife and I needed a relaxing weekend away so we chose this location. The condo and property were very nice and had excellent views. We highly recommend this condo to anybody looking in the area.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was absolutely beautiful, comfortable and everything was in order. The view was stunning as expected. I've stayed in the Aqua for the past 8 years, this unit by far was the best! Rebooked for next year.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit is well stocked with kitchen equipment. It is comfortable but showing its age. The master bed is comfortable. The TVs are large. The sofa and chairs in the living room should be replaced. Bolts in the glass table were loose.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Aqua is located in a great place adjacent to Pier Park. The staff is professional and very helpful. Unit 2110 is comfortable but in need of some updated furniture.
