Villa Seafront is a fantastic property inside a 1000m2 plot just few steps fairway from the Menorca sea and the beautiful Binibeca Beach.
The villa has a wonderful open sea view, a large garden with trees and Mediterranean plants, host the private swimming pool and a terrace with sunbeds and hammocks, to enjoy the hottest days. There are chill areas with umbrellas and tables to have a chat or drink an aperitif on the sunsets.
The guests will find also a built-in barbecue and a dining area with table and chairs for fantastic meals outside with friends and the family, under the covered terrace.

The guests will appreciate ceiling fans, wi fi connection, a laundry room, and the direct access to the sea, to guarantee an exclusive stay in the Island.

The house must be returned in the same condition of check in. Otherwise fees can be charged to the customer.
