This is strictly a non-smoking villa.

A housekeeper / laundress service, 6 days per week is included in your rental all year round. During the winter and festive seasons (15th December until 14th April) a cook is also included in the price. The cook can prepare up to 3 meals per day, 6 days per week. The cost of groceries are not included in the price.

​​This property rental DOES NOT permit the use of Riemann P20 Sunscreen, as it damages towels and fabrics. It can cause irreparable damage to linens that are not visible until laundered. Guests must check that their sunscreen does not contain P20. Guests will be charged up to USD$50 per damaged towel or up to USD$300 per damaged sheet or coverlet.

Every effort has been made to depict the beach in front of this property, but due to sand deposition and erosion, changes may occur, including a narrower beach and more visible rocks.
