Upon entering, the open-plan design immediately draws your eye through the kitchen and living room, straight onto the covered terrace. French doors effortlessly blend the generously sized living room with the terrace, creating a seamless flow between indoor and outdoor spaces and enhancing the sense of airy, open living. This unit offers a sense of privacy and seclusion. The terrace and dining area boast a large free form sunken plunge pool surrounded by natural rock, complemented by a BBQ grill, wet bar, and comfortable lounge seating under a retractable canopy —an idyllic setting for relaxation. From the gated private terrace, step directly into lush tropical gardens and 6m onto a pristine expanse of powdery white sand beach—an exceptional perk of this ground-floor unit.

The apartment boasts three generously sized en-suite bedrooms, each with French doors that open onto private terraces. The interiors are thoughtfully designed with sleek, modern furnishings, elegant bathrooms, all cooled by central air conditioning. The fully equipped kitchen features all modern amenities and is accentuated by tasteful finishes. Every detail of this home has been carefully curated to create an undeniable sense of coziness and warmth. Multi-channel TV and Sonos complement the high-quality amenities. For the duration of your stay, our warm and attentive housekeeper and laundress will be on hand to cater to your every need with care and efficiency. Additionally, the rental includes a designated parking space conveniently located in front of the property within the secure car park area.

This apartment is located on one of the best West Coast beachfront developments offering a host of exceptional amenities, including 24-hour manned security, a communal gym, a free-form swimming pool with waterfalls, and direct beach access. The building provides paddle boards and kayaks for free use. Our in-house beach attendants will set out your dedicated sun beds and parasols every morning directly in front of the property. You will be offered an ice towel service on a daily basis and there are always staff on site to help make every day a retreat in paradise.

Nestled in Paynes Bay, it is ideally located to enjoy the finest dining, shopping, and nightlife that nearby Holetown and the West Coast has to offer. With its impeccable design, luxurious finishes, and idyllic setting, It delivers an unparalleled coastal holiday experience.

This is strictly a non-smoking villa.

A housekeeper / laundress service, 6 days per week is included in your rental all year round. During the winter and festive seasons (15th December until 14th April) a cook is also included in the price. The cook can prepare up to 3 meals per day, 6 days per week. The cost of groceries are not included in the price.

​​This property rental DOES NOT permit the use of Riemann P20 Sunscreen, as it damages towels and fabrics. It can cause irreparable damage to linens that are not visible until laundered. Guests must check that their sunscreen does not contain P20. Guests will be charged up to USD$50 per damaged towel or up to USD$300 per damaged sheet or coverlet.

This is a beachfront rental. It should be noted that beaches change their shape and size from day to day, week to week, and month to month, mainly as a response to seasonal waves, currents, and tides. Every effort has been made to depict the beach in front of this property, but due to sand deposition and erosion, changes may occur, including a narrower beach and more visible rocks.
