The villa features three spacious, air-conditioned en-suite bedrooms—two upstairs and one on the ground floor. Each bedroom opens to a private patio with spectacular views of the Caribbean Sea. Ceiling fans throughout the home provide a cool, breezy atmosphere.

In addition to direct beach access and excellent swimming, guests enjoy a large shared saltwater pool, available exclusively to residents of the estate.

To make your stay even more comfortable, your rental includes the services of a cook and maid/laundress six days a week—allowing you to truly relax and enjoy your time away.

For dining out, the popular Sea Shed restaurant is just a short walk from the villa, making it easy to enjoy a cocktail at sunset or a delicious beachfront meal.

Please note that the cost of groceries is not included in the price. However, we can arrange to have your initial groceries delivered to the property for your arrival. This would be payable directly to our local house managers.

​​This property rental DOES NOT permit the use of Riemann P20 Sunscreen, as it damages towels and fabrics. It can cause irreparable damage to linens that are not visible until laundered. Guests must check that their sunscreen does not contain P20. Guests will be charged up to USD$50 per damaged towel or up to USD$300 per damaged sheet or coverlet.

It should be noted that beaches change their shape and size from day to day, week to week, and month to month, mainly as a response to seasonal waves, currents, and tides. Every effort has been made to depict the beach in front of this property, but as a result of sand deposition and erosion, changes may occur including a narrower beach and more rocks visible.
