Enter into the property and on your right is the cosy sitting room with a comfortable sofa, a selection of books for your reading pleasure, and a smart TV (please use your own logins).
Further along is the dining room with a dining table with seating for four—an ideal spot to share meals with family or friends.
At the end of the corridor, you'll find the fully equipped kitchen, complete with a fridge-freezer, gas cooker, oven, kettle, microwave, and toaster—everything you need to prepare meals with ease. For your convenience, there's also a washer-dryer available for use.
Adjacent to the kitchen is the family bathroom, featuring a shower over the bath—perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring!
Up the stairs are two bedrooms. The master bedroom features a comfortable double bed with ample storage space and an ensuite toilet room. The second bedroom also has a double bedroom and storage space for your belongings.
Outside, you'll find a charming patio garden with bistro-style furniture—perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or a relaxing sundowner.
There is paid, street parking available for guests. You will have exclusive access to the entire house, with professional management services ensuring cleanliness, fresh linens, and towels between each stay. Remote self-check-in allows for flexible arrival times, and our 24/7 guest support is available to assist you during your visit.
Upon arrival, complimentary tea, coffee, and biscuits await you, providing a warm welcome after a long journey. We provide fresh white bedding and towels (one hand towel and one bath towel per person) and offer miniature travel-sized bottles of shampoo, shower gel, and soap. Additionally, a kitchen pack is included, featuring essentials such as kitchen roll, Jeyes cloths, sponges, washing up liquid, bin liners, tea towels, and washing pods. Loo rolls are also provided for your convenience. Should you require more supplies, a Co-op is less than 5 minutes walk away on Albert Road.
Guests have access to entire home and garden. Paid parking is available. The nearest bus stop is less than 5 minute walk at the top of Napier Road where you are able to catch most of the major bus routes in Portsmouth. The nearest train station is Fratton Railway Station is a 5-10 minute drive away.
Parking There is street parking available. One parking permit can be provided.
Check In / Check Out Check in time is after 4pm and check out time is before 10am. Please can we ask that you check out on time to prevent any disruption to the cleaner's schedule. Please note a fee of £100 for lost keys and £50 for call outs if locked out.
Pets One small, well behaved dog is welcome to join you on your holiday in the home. Please message in advance with the details of your pet (breed/age). - Dogs must be well behaved and house trained. - Please do not allow them upstairs or on the furniture. - Please clear up after them in the garden and around the property. - Muddy paws should be cleaned before they are allowed in the house. - Please do not leave them alone in the property.
