Windward Retreat is a ground floor studio apartment sleeping up to 2 guests.

Off the main hallway is a generous sized bathroom with a large walk-in shower, close coupled toilet, wash hand basin and mirror over.

The kitchen is fitted with all essential mod cons for self-catering including a convection oven/microwave, 2 ring electric induction hob, fridge with freezer box, washing machine, toaster, kettle etc.

The main living area is open plan with a comfy 2-seater sofa and large wall mounted Smart TV, coffee table and dining table with 2 chairs, all in front of the large picture window looking out towards the beach.

The bedroom accommodates a large king-size double bed with pair of bedside cabinets, matching chest of drawers and hanging space, again with views over towards the beach.

To the front is a lawned area, with low level wall, allowing views over towards the The Solent's waters, with the main entrance to the apartment to the left hand side.
