Welcome to this 70 m2 spacious apartment in a building located just a few steps from Gran Via de les Corts Catalanes. Barcelona’s iconic Eixample is a must-see for art and culture enthusiasts, since it houses some of the city’s most famous landmarks and museums.
This apartment has a comfortable living room with a dining table, opened to a bright balcony, ideal for sunny days in Barcelona!
The apartment can accommodate up to 5 people and is divided into two bedrooms:

- Living room: 1 Double sofa-bed

It’s an ideal place for small groups of friends, families, couples or business travelers due to its excellent location. I have other apartments on the same building; really convenient for big families, groups of friends or business trips.

The Neighborhood:
The Esquerra de l’Eixample, or Left of Extension in Catalan, is separated into two sections: old and modern, which is where Entença is located. The style of Old Left Eixample is largely Neo-Romanesque, and visitors are encouraged to take a stroll through the neighborhood to observe the wonderful architecture. The Universitat de Barcelona and the Plaça de la Universitat, both of which are only a few minutes’ walk from the flat, are good instances of this. They will also come across The Mercat de Sant Antoni, the Ninot, where they may purchase some goods. New Left Eixample was built in the 1930s and is more of a Monderisme style. Close by are the Casa Batlló, the Escola Industrial, the Modelo Prison, and the Escorxador Slaughterhouses. These structures, on the other hand, were built before the neighborhood was even conceived.
Getting Around:
The closest metro station is Rocafort (Line 1).
The quickest way to go to the airport would be taking the bus "Aerobus" at Plaça España. The cost is around 4.5€
Other Things to Note:
*** TOURIST TAX & REGISTRATION PROCESS ***
- Since 2012 the Catalan administration requires that every guest staying in a hotel room or renting an apartment in Catalunya contributes with a small city tax fee of 9.50€ per guest (over 17 years old) per night up to a maximum of 7 nights. This cost IS NOT included on your reservation.
- National and International police demand that each guest, prior to their visit to Barcelona, would send information of their IDs or passports. This is mandatory, as it is stated in Catalan Law, and all legal touristic establishments are required to do so.
- This apartment uses a self-checkin system via the Chekin platform that will allow you to register all guests on the reservation
and pay the mandatory tourist taxes before your arrival.

1. Parties, drugs, loud noise or any kind of disturbance towards the neighbors are completely forbidden, with a penalty of 400€ and possible eviction
2. Please observe quiet time between 10pm - 9am.
3. Respect your neighbors and be respectful in common areas (hallways, entrance, elevator, stairs).
4. Loss of keys will have a 100€ charge per key lost.
5. Smoking on interior areas will have a charge of 100€ + all cleaning fees involved.
6. Guests take full responsibility for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities.
7. Please leave the apartment in a respectable condition.
Not following those rules will incur on a monetary sanction and the full responsibility of any fines from the local administration or authorities.

This is a pleasant, well-equipped flat in a good location with plenty of transport links and eateries close by. We particularly liked the balcony and the very effective air conditioning. It took us a few tries to get the hang of how to open the door to the flat. The sofa is not very comfortable.

Not a very good experience with the property. Terrible smell persisted throughout the stay. Kitchen cabinets were in bad condition. Bathroom seems to be not done properly…water leaks from shower door. Refrigerator looked very old and dirty.
Whole check in process was painful. I had to call couple of times to get working links on my WhatsApp.
It was our first time in Barcelona but staying in this apartment was not a very good experience.

Excellent stay in a very central apartment in Barcelona. Access was extremely easy thanks to the digital key, and the property was simple to find and enter. The apartment was very comfortable for four people, with two bedrooms and one bathroom, and a great terrace that added to the experience. The building community felt safe and pleasant, and getting around was very convenient we used taxis frequently with no issues. The highlight of our stay was the communication with the host, which was always fast, clear, and helpful. We never felt stressed about check-in or check-out, everything was smooth from start to finish. Overall, a fantastic experience. We would definitely recommend this apartment and would happily stay again.
