Esta casa es administrada profesionalmente por alquileres de escapes de playa.

Casa de playa lateral idealmente ubicado dentro de la comunidad cerrada de Caribe. A pocos pasos de la playa sin carreteras para cruzar!

Entrar en la casa a la altura de los techos de la catedral y amplios porches al aire libre. Las características incluyen una entrada al patio con un amplio aparcamiento, área de almacenamiento al final de la calzada.

El interior ha sido renovado recientemente con pintura nueva y cuenta con un plano abierto con un área de cocina de un chef equipado con gabinetes personalizados y encimeras de superficie sólida con lavavajillas nuevo, microondas y horno. También añadió nueva parrilla weber para disfrutar al aire libre.

Esta casa tiene una amplia sala de estar completa con una chimenea de gas y mucha luz natural de amplias ventanas. La suite principal se encuentra en el primer piso y tiene baño principal contiguo con tocador doble, ducha y azulejos de granito rodean. También hay dos dormitorios adicionales, uno abajo y uno arriba.

El barrio cerrado ofrece, 2 piscinas comunitarias Pista de tenis, 2 accesos a la playa, la patrulla de seguridad ya pocos pasos de la playa o piscinas. Céntricamente ubicado cerca de boutiques, restaurantes y entretenimiento. No fumar o mascotas.

Loved the private beach. Neighborhood is quiet and private, but close to restaurants and shops. Bathrooms and guest bedroom needed updating.

Nice place

Lots of construction and traffic. Nice place overall. Furniture was dirty, we cleaned the front porch with soap and water because it was so dirty. Also no amenities for the beach was a disappointment.

The Perfect Hideaway

We had a great experience from arrival to departure! The community and the house was safe and cozy. We were treated very well by the staff and people in the area. The walk to the pool and beach areas were well maintained. Patty was especially friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We would recommend this place to our friends and family and would definitely consider staying again in the future!

Nice House, Lovely Community and Beach

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was as advertised. For my wife and I, it was perfect. It was very comfortable and spacious. The neighborhood is lovely and the people were friendly. We had a couple of things that we had to clean ourselves, but it didn’t interfere with our stay. We would return.!

Deferred maintenance

Disappointed in the deferred maintenance. Mold and bathroom peeling wallpaper. Have been accustomed to units having hairdryers this one did not. Carpet tacks in thresholds exposed danger when stepping on.

The home is lovely and the community is beautiful. Its more like 10 minutes to the beach. I would strongly recommend the beach chair & umbrella rentals and a golf cart. We are very active and fit but it was HOT and a lot of work getting our “stuff” to/from the beach. The beach is stellar, quiet and so beautiful. Its a very quiet and relaxing community and we really enjoyed coffee in the morning on the porch. The loft area is totally open to the lower level- so if anyone’s up there sleeping they’ll hear everything going on in the kitchen and family room. It’s also extremely lit up as none of the upper windows have window treatments. Just something to be aware of. Bathrooms are a bit dated but in good condition and clean. We had a wonderful vacation and loved the peaceful community, beautiful beach and quiet pools too

A little disappointed

We absolutely love the Caribe community!! We have stayed in this area for many years!! This house was beautiful on the outside. The inside had new living room furniture... very nice!! The upstairs bedroom was nice. The bathroom had missing hardware in the shower... this shower was not clean when we arrived. Luckily we had bleach cleaner and cleaned ourselves. The master bedroom was nicely decorated. The mattress was HORRIBLE. My husband and I slept in the twin bedroom. The master bathroom was nice, but not super clean. We cleaned this bathroom as well. Again, this is a nice house and great area!! I just wished it had been cleaner.

Limited Privacy

We leased the property expecting a daughter with her family to join us. In the end, only a second adult daughter joined us due to Covid. With a larger group, the issue is privacy. The ground floor master bath is en suite, but it is shared with a ground floor second bedroom. The upstairs 3rd bedroom is a loft overlooking the living room...awkward set up. The management is very reaponsive. We complained about the cookware and it was replaced the next morning. We ran out of propane for the grill. We texted at night and a new supply was delivered the following day.

Great Place but...

The home was beautiful, just like in the photos. It is about a 10+ min walk to the beach and not super convenient for us because you have to go up and down several flights of stairs on the walk way to the beach. Which wouldn't have been an issue if we did have 4 kids and a cart full of stuff for a day at the beach (with wheels) along with our canopy. So for us the walk to the beach was not convenient. Also, the first day we got there we didn't have internet service which we immediately reached out to the property manager who advised we reset it, but there weren't any cords hooked to anything, which was odd. The property manager showed up the next day and it took her a min to realize the no cord situation. Needless to say we had internet later in the day on our second day. The property manager didn't seem to happy about the hile internet situation, we even messaged them to say thank you and didn't receive a response. The last thing I will say is on the day of checkout the internet was automatically shut off, so again we had no wifi. Not sure if that was the doing of the property manager or the wifi itself, but I was quiet strange that it just happened to shut off the day of our departure. Other than that this home was a great place to stay!

We would come back

Great home. Great beach. Nice pools in the neighborhood as well. Close to grocery stores, restaurants, and outlets. There is plenty to do or you can spend all your time on the beach. Only drawback was the traffic in the area can be pretty heavy but it wouldn’t keep me from coming back.

The rental was nice as was our stay - for the most part. I did not enjoy the hassle of waking up at 6:30am midweek on vacation and answering the loud, persistent and unexpected knock at the door of a man delivering a huge crane/forklift that needed storing in the already narrow driveway (the tile roof needed repair/replacing) - in my boxers no less. No parking was allowed on the street and the driveway side door entrance made this even more intolerable and impeded our coming and going with kids, toys, beach wagon, etc. I spoke with the property people and they explained that they did not expect the delivery until the following week. They apologized and did call the vendor to move the forklift all the way the on the back of the driveway. Management did offer us a neighboring house to move to but I found it wasn’t as nice and the house was a little further away from the beach. Packing and moving the kids would be a hassle. No other option was offered. We turned them down preferring to stay, thinking the problem was solved - until they informed us that additionally, 10 plus pallets/crates of terra cotta roofing tiles would also be delivered and stored in the driveway the same week as our stay. Not wanting to move out midweek and not finding their solution satisfactory, I had to push back and had to ask that the tile delivery be moved till after we were gone (they should have thought of this). They were able to delay delivery and the problem was solved making the rest of our stay more smooth. Still, that day was quite a hassle that interrupted our stay and experience midway through our vacation. No discount or rebate to our price was offered for a day of headache. Still , I should have asked for another night of stay added since there were no renters the next week - or at least a discount to our next stay with them - if we decide to come back. It’s a shame that this post wasn’t more about our real vacation experience, which was nice albeit overshadowed by the incident.

Stay at rue caribe

Home was beautiful. Neighborhood was beautiful. House was too far from the beach. Neighborhood does not seem receptive to renters. Only owners can have golf carts. Only owners have pets. Owners drive around continuously looking for any towel or anything brought back from beach left in porch. It’s a great place to live just wouldn’t rent In that neighborhood again.

Great home

We really enjoyed the week. The home worked for our family of 6. The neighborhood was great and we enjoyed the beach, tennis courts and pools. It was quiet and away from all the loud Spring Breakers. We would definitely return.
