Located in the beautiful Vila da Ribeira Brava, you will find a huge swimming pool surrounded by sun loungers as well as a table, benches and barbecue ideal for al fresco dining.
Inside you will find 220m2 to enjoy:
- Suite nº1 - Large double bed (160 * 220), dressing room, private bathroom, sea view, electric blinds and blackout, and direct access to the terrace and pool.

- Suite nº2 - Large double bed (160 * 220), dressing room, private bathroom, sea view, electric blinds and blackout and direct access to the terrace and pool.

- Suite nº 3 - 2 single beds (105 * 220), dressing room, private bathroom, sea view and electric blinds and blackout and direct access to the terrace and pool.

- It has a large space of more than 60m2 with equipped kitchen (electric hob, American fridge, dishwasher, microwave, oven, toaster, coffee maker, juicer, kettle, crockery etc. ...) open space, dining room and living room.
- Children are welcome. Cot, high chair and accessories are available.
- Laundry with washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board, iron available at no extra cost.
- Equipped with reversible air conditioning in all bedrooms and living room.
- Shower and pool towel available as well as bed linen and all necessary consumables.
- The house is stocked with all essential household products, such as: tea, instant coffee, coffee capsules, olive oil, vinegar, sugar, salt, barbecue wood, toilet paper, detergents, etc.,
- Services not included, but which can be arranged: Extra cleaning services, Shopping services
- Free TV and internet throughout the house
- It has a closed garage for two cars + capacity for 3 cars outside.
- Cleaning during the stay is carried out weekly, as well as changing clothes, towels and consumables. If you want extra cleaning, the service will be charged separately at an affordable price. For stays of less than seven nights, weekly cleaning or changing clothes and replacing consumables will not be carried out.
- It has an orchard with fruit trees and vegetables of the season. Seasonal fruits and all vegetables are available to our customers without moderation.
- Swiming Pool
Heating is optional and costs €245.00 per week for 28°C, paid in cash on arrival.
Pool heating can be provided and should be requested at least one week in advance. Should it be requested after arrival at the villa, the minimum charge applicable is one week, which is payable from the time the heating is turned on.

All stays at Vila da Ribeira Brava are subject to the Municipal Tourist Tax, which must be paid at the Villa in cash. It costs €2/person over 13 years old and up to 7 consecutive days
