6 The Links consists of a kitchen/diner with a cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, TV, and dining table, a utility room with an external washing machine, tumble dryer and a first-floor living/dining room with Smart TV, dining table, books, games, DVDs, balcony, and woodburning stove. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with an en-suite walk-in shower, two ground-floor doubles, a ground-floor twin, and a single, serviced by a bathroom. WiFi, fuel, power, starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is a rear garden with decking, gravel, lawn, furniture, wood-fired hot tub, fire pit, and barbecue, plus driveway parking for three cars. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome (more accepted on request). Sorry, no smoking. Note: A few steps down to the lawn in the garden. Note: The first-floor single bedroom is accessed via the first-floor king-size room.

Region: Cornwall’s visitors are constantly tempted back to the beautiful coastline, tiny fishing villages, hidden coves and the world-class surfing. Whatever the reason, Cornwall has long cemented its place as one of Britain’s premier holiday destinations.

Town: The village of Praa Sands sits on the south coast in between Helston and Marazion. Praa Sands is known for its mile-long sandy beach and excellent surfing conditions. There is a bar/restaurant overlooking the beach – the perfect spot for lunch with a view or sunset drinks. Praa Sands is also home to a Golf and Country Club, from where the most wonderful sea vista can be enjoyed whilst you play. Just inland from the beach is Pengersick Castle, the tower of which dates back to the 16th century. It is said that Pengersick is haunted, and that the ghost of a monk has been seen wandering the grounds! The house at Pengersick is rumoured to be the birth place of John Carter, the self styled King of Prussia and a tunnel which leads from the house to the beach was apparently once used by smugglers. There are supermarkets and other retail stores in Penzance (8 miles) and Helston (6 miles).
