Just few steps we enter inside the living room with sofas and the fireplace, where to admire the beautiful sea view. At this level the big fully equipped kitchen and 6 bedrooms, 5 en-suite bathroom and air conditioning, two have double beds the other 4 two twin beds.

On the lower level another living room with tv and a small kitchen and on the back the loundry room with indipendent entrance.

Complete the property the uncovered parking plus one at the lower level.

Guests are requested to drop off their garbage bags in the containers provided for this purpose when they leave the house. Garbage collection service at house door does not exist in Ibiza.
In low and mid season, a fee may apply if consumption of heat and electricity is higher than average.
It is not allowed to organise events in the property without prior approval

Running water of some houses in Ibiza is slightly salty. This percentage may increase when the tourist season is at its peak
Smoking is not allowed inside the house
