Hay 6 habitaciones y 6 cuartos de baño para 12 personas. Está ubicada en el complejo de la Isla Blanca de Peñal de S'Aguila en Portinox de San Migues, a 19 km de la capital de Ibiza (20 minutos en coche) y a 350 m de dos arroyos de piedras. Las 2 playas del complejo están a 5 minutos de la playa de San Miguel y a 10 minutos de Benirras, la playa más famosa y hermosa. Hay una piscina privada, grande y exclusiva, y un área grande con un exclusivo jardín/terraza en la villa. La casa está en un acantilado rodeado por un hermoso bosque de pino en el área más hermosa de la isla, con un ambiente privilegiado y vistas de los atardeceres desde todos los cuartos de la casa. ¡Le encantará! We had an amazing stay at Can Blanc for our friends hen do. The Villa was beautiful, the rooms were huge and the view of the sea is just amazing. Even with the 17 of us, there was plenty of room for all of us without feeling cramped. We had a perfect stay. One thing to note there is no phone signal in the Villa and the wifi is mainly on the ground floor where the lounge and kitchen is. This wasn’t a problem for us as it was nice to switch off.

Great spacious home with a beautiful view

This villa is ideal for large groups - plenty of space and privacy, with king size beds and en suite bathrooms. There’s a large pool and patio, as well as two dining areas - indoor and outdoor - and a very comfortable living room with ample seating.

A perfect villa

Spacious, clean, and beautifully presented. This villa is ideal for a group holiday. The villa sleeps up to 20 with beds for all. The bedrooms are split across the main villa's 2 floors and in a separate building beneath the pool area.

Absolutely loved this cozy place. Spacious and it had everything we needed, and I am very picky. The piano and jacuzzi were a plus. Noel and Eugena and everyone at air concierge responded very quickly to my many questions no matter what time of day. We had 3 small dogs with us and they were welcome at this property with a reasonable fee, which made our lives so much easier as we were only staying here while our home was being renovated five miles away. AC worked great. Highly recommended.

Excellent interaction with the owner and his staff

Great house for a large family and beautiful setting in North San Miquel. The house has a lot of charm and it perfect for a large group (12 people or more). The property is surrounded by beautiful trees. Yet, it is hiding the gorgeous view of the sea, which could be improved by cutting/trimming some of the trees and allowing more sun on the pool terrace.

Beautiful Home

We stayed for 6 days. The house was really cool. Amazing view of the sea. We did have some issues with the water. We were told there’s work going on in the town that’s impacting the water pressure. The WiFi is nonexistent in certain parts of the home FYI. Other than that the stay was solid.

Great Villa in a quiet area near Sant Miquel

I stayed in this villa with a group of friends last month and liked the quiet location, interior design and spacious terrace/pool area. This is a great place to relax with family or friends, away from the noisy part of the island. The house is on a hill in a pine forest overlooking the sea and good restaurants and shops are only a short drive away (San Miguel, Santa Gertrudis). There are also 2 nice beaches nearby (San Miguel and Benirras). The best part was the beautiful sunset view from the balconies of the house.

16 people stay 21-25 April

We had an absolutely fantastic time at this villa, the pictures do not do it justice! The shared spaces were huge & there was more than enough room for everyone. Great views & a lovely outdoor space by the pool. The host was easy to contact if needed. A hire car or arranged transport is definitely required but we found that fairly straightforward to prebook. Would definitely recommend staying in this villa!! Thank you Antonio :)

A Family Birthday celebration!

The Can Villa is fabulous and the photos do not do it justice. It is spacious and bright and the outside area is really beautiful.The owner was really helpful and checked in with us to see how we were.The bedrooms are all spacious and most of them have their own en suite.The living area is great. There were 15 of us and it never felt cramped at all. We tended to sit on the terrace most evenings and moved into the lounge as it got a little cooler.There is a good kitchen and utility area so we were able to stay in the villa for meals if we wanted .You do definitely need a car and there is only one little restaurant within walking distance.I would definitely recommend the villa and it was a very special birthday trip.

My stay and that of my family at Casa Blanca in San Miguel during this week has been wonderful, the hospitality of the service, the spectacular views and the wide and comfortable of the house have made our stay a dream!!! Our big surprise was that we booked the house thinking it had only 6 rooms and had up to 9 and also totally refurbished, brand new! THE only downside to mention one was that we needed car to move but we felt so comfortable in the house that it was no problem

A great 40th Birthday and Family Time

Thank you once again – we had a truly wonderful time at your property!Our arrival was very easy and relaxed, as we were welcomed right away and received the keys without any hassle. The house exceeded our expectations in terms of space and layout. We especially appreciated that several rooms had en suite bathrooms, which made everything very convenient for our group.The interior design was bright, spacious, and tastefully done – the large paintings, mirrors, and light colors created a very welcoming atmosphere. The children felt at home right away, and there was plenty of room for everyone to enjoy their stay.The caretaker family was always friendly and helpful, and made us feel very well looked after. Overall we had a great stay. The house was large, had great facilities, and was the perfect backdrop for my milestone birthday with a group of friends. It's a bit far from nightlife but we knew that going in - and preferred that. The local restaurant is amazing and it's not too far from the grocery store. The only issue was the water. The pressure in all bathrooms was so low. At one point nothing was coming out (we couldn't even flush a toilet) but the property manager brought a technician quickly who improved the pressure (still not great) but then the temperature was so hot it was unusable - I have a burn to prove it. We ended up leaving to take a shower at Soho house. I don't want to penalize the property in case this is a temporary issue, but I don't think the place is habitable with the water in its current state. Thankfully my friends all had a decent sense of humor about the less than ideal shower situation.

My family and I recently stayed at Can Blanc for a week. Ten adults and three young children. (My daughter was getting married nearby). I wanted somewhere my whole family could spend time together, in one place. We had a fabulous time. Antonio was easy to communicate with and went out of his way for us. His team was helpful and readily available. ( they live nearby). The views from the pool terrace are absolutely amazing. The villa is large and spacious. Many having en-suites. We felt so at home here. The children loved the private pool. What a treat having a pool to ourselves. There is a fully equipped kitchen , which meant we were able to cook for ourselves and eat on the terrace most nights. Precious memories were made. Yes, you need a car to get around, a small price to pay to have your own private villa for a week, on this beautiful part of the island. Thank you Antonio and team.

We could not stay due to COVID

The house looks beautiful - but we DID NOT STAY. We had to move the original dates from sept 2020 to may 2021 due to COVID. The UK and Spanish gov by law would not let people from the UK fly to Spain on either of these dates, but still the owner of this property did not offer us any sort of refund at all - which is pretty poor considering we are in the middle of a pandemic. After already paying a "deposit" through Vrbo - he then demanded a £1500 CASH deposit on arrival! I'm sad we didn't get to stay here, but from our dealings with the owner, it is probably for the best.

Leila, my experience with you was terrible from the beginning . You never came to the house becouse you never made the payment on time ! I never go to a place I can not pay. You booked for 2020 and becouse of COVID I was flexible and supporting changing for you abs respecting your booking in 2 times. I helped you and your group to move the dates with not extra charge supporting the COVID situation . You finally decided to move for 3th tine to s new dates in high session and you did not wanted to pay the second payment . You cancelled the stay a day before and as I told you cancellations in last minute has a cancellation fee that seems to you that you did not like . The house is oustsnfing and fortinally we have hundred families that enjoyed these unique experience . I wish you all best

We stayed in this wonderful villa as a family of 17 people (our ages ranged from a 1-year-old to a 78-year-old): it was the perfect place for us.The swimming pool is lovely, clean and spacious, and our children had endless fun in it. The setting is incredibly scenic and the views of the sea are beautiful. The kitchen was clean and well maintained. The air conditioned bedrooms were large and smartly designed. The spacious living areas are fully air conditioned and enabled us all to dine together. We also appreciated how quiet, peaceful and safe the Urbanització neighbourhood was. Being in a rural setting, it is an area that requires people to drive, especially if you have a large group. However, the surrounding small towns and beaches are must sees. And you have to visit ‘Bar Restaurante - Es Portitxol’ for dinner, which is at the top of the neighbourhood and a five minute walk from the villa, as we enjoyed one of our most memorable nights there.The villa’s host was reassuringly communicative in the lead up and throughout our stay and he always responded to any questions we had. A special mention must go to Julian & his family, who are the host’s neighbourhood staff who help manage the property. Julian was exceptionally helpful and friendly, responding proactively to every request we had about the house. Knowing he was on hand to help made a real difference to our stay. It’s a very special place and I highly recommend an extended stay.

This Villa is rustic and beautiful the pool and gardens have an amazing view. Its really large and spacious in the bedrooms and living rooms - Kitchen is smaller but adequate for the 15 ladies we had. The appliances are great and the Villa was immaculately clean. The staff onsite were so friendly and went to fetch cigarettes and extra bits of food when we needed them for free - so kind!!! Carlos was great to communicate with and really helped us out planning this Hen do. You do need the address for airport transfers, then I'd recommend using the local minibus company advertised in the villa on the cards they were brilliant came quicker and much cheaper. Getting an online supermarket order from Eroski was great, and I was so grateful the staff put it all away for us before we arrived. 30 mins to san antonio and ibiza town and the taxi charged 10 euros per person for this. One night we went to nearby santa gertrudis on the Taxi drivers recommendation (5 euros in taxi) to Vivo restaurant this was a gorgeous restaurant I would recommend it. Lovely house

We loved the house. Really as described on the web, in a very relax place with lovely views and very nice pool. We were three families with kids and we all enjoyed. Service from Owner was also excellent.

Soy arquitecto y he construido esta villa maravillosa hace unos años para pasar los veranos en Ibiza con mi familia. Me encanta la decoración y todos los detalles pequeños de la villa. He hecho que nuestra estancia sea lo más cómoda posible. Actualmente he construido otra villa en otra área de la isla y por eso, alquilo mi casa familiar. He pasado toda mi vida viajando por el mundo. Me encantan todas las diferentes culturas y me alegra poder ofrecer mi casa a la gente para que pueda disfrutar de la isla. Desde la villa, podrá apreciar las vistas increíbles que le harán sentirse en un paraíso. Espero que pueda disfrutar nuestra casa familiar de verano en Ibiza.
