Bellamente decorada villa de dos dormitorios y 2 baños. Conveniente ubicación a mediados de la isla con servicio gratuito de Dunes Buggy Van a atracciones locales (centros comerciales, centro de artes escénicas, restaurantes, cines, Shelter Cove Harbour con sus numerosas tiendas, restaurantes, flotas de pesca chárter, 5 campos de golf de primer nivel y complejo de tenis Palmetto Dunes)

The Moorings Complex es una comunidad cerrada con acceso directo a la mejor playa de Hilton Head Island a través de Dunes House, que cuenta con baños y una unidad circular para descargar todo su equipo de playa. La Villa se encuentra a 30 pasos de la piscina Moorings, con baños y duchas. La piscina está bien mantenida todos los días y cuenta con nuevos muebles de terraza.

El dormitorio principal tiene una cama queen size, baño privado y balcón. El segundo dormitorio tiene dos camas queen, baño privado y balcón. Great Family Trip

We have been to Hilton Head a few times but our stay this time was the best. The rental was clean and beds were comfortable. Location near the beach access was outstanding!

Another great stay

This was our second time staying at this unit. The location is great - close to the tennis courts and the beach. Wonderful unit with everything we needed. I did have some questions that Sue responded to very quickly. Highly recommend

Another Wonderful HHI Vacation

This was our second time staying in this unit. We always stay in The Moorings because of how close it is to the beach and the Dunes House. The pool is only a few feet away. The unit was very clean and had everything we needed. Communication with the host was always pleasant and she responded quickly. Another wonderful vacation with long lasting memories.

Best Condo in Palmetto Dunes!!!

This condo is amazing! It is truly a renter's dream. The condo redesign is on trend and very tastefully decorated. This condo was spotlessly clean and fully supplied. The Palmetto Dunes area is a great location with a beautiful beach and many nearby restaurants. My kids loved the nightly deer spottings, as we returned to the condo each evening. The owner was very responsive and easy to work with. We loved the keyless entry and short walk to the beach. We will recommend this unit to friends & family!

Everything was wonderful the only problem was the parking passes which was quite an issue. But Sue was quick to resolve, I feel better communication with the pass office is needed. I feel this was the offices issue not the property owners.

Left us with nowhere to stay!!!

I paid, in full, through VRBO and never heard from the owner. After many texts and emails, I finally reached her by phone. She had no idea we booked but confirmed since we paid. After that, NOTHING. No confirmation, no check in information, nothing! We were 24 hours out from our reservation and when checking on our pass, were told that there was a pass for another party. It was too late to find another place..and VRBO would not refund us until check in time. This was a HORRIBLE experience, after planning this trip for a year. We had to pay almost double to stay in a hotel, which luckily had a room last minute. The owner never reached out, apologized, anything. Just took our money and disappeared. DO NOT rent from her! She RUINED our vacation and cost us a lot of money.

🏖🇺🇸 Much Needed Escape 🇺🇸🏖

The Moorings is the best location with its close proximity to the 🏖, the General Store, bike paths 🚲, & the Dunes House. We biked the beaches, over to Shelter Cove multiple times, & through residential areas. Our entire family (husband’s parents, brother/wife + kids & friends, sister/husband + kids, & us + kids) come to HHI every year over Memorial Day. Most of us stay in the Moorings & absolutely love it. This condo in particular was the nicest Villa we’ve stayed in so far. The entire condo is beautifully renovated with new kitchen, new bathrooms, & tile flooring throughout (no carpets = so clean!). This condo also has a super comfy slipcovered sofa (washable!), & very stylish furniture & decor throughout. Being on the lower level was helpful when my FIL walked from their villa to visit. He has a hard time with stairs. Most vacation bedding is lacking in comfort & quality, but this condo wasn’t. The beds are super comfortable & the master having a down alternative comforter covered in a duvet (washable!) + a warm cozy blanket made my husband & I sleep like babies. The blackout curtains throughout also aided our goal to sleep late every morning 😴🥳 Sue was extremely communicative throughout all of the ever-changing restrictions put in place due to Corona Virus. She messaged me on VRBO, & was very responsive to the messages I sent her. She also responded to my texts instantly. We are so happy this vacation worked out. It was one of the most meaningful vacations we’ve ever had, & we are so thankful to have a host that made it all as easy as it could possibly be, given the circumstances ❤️

Beautiful property, close to beach

Loved the layout and decor of the property. The ONLY negative was a VERY uncomfortable bed in the master bedroom. We loved this property, but cannot return until the bed is replaced as we woke up with back aches each morning. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

October Family Getaway

Everything was as described or promised or even better. The unit and its accompaniments were just right for our family & plans for the week. Clean, quiet, bright, well appointed & outfitted. Our daughter having interest in sea turtles found the motif of interest. Easy parking & access. Most of all, the location might be one of the most convenient in Palmetto Dunes; walk to beach, Dunes Grill, General Store, Alexander’s, bikes, golf, tennis, pickle ball all within 2-3 minute stroll. Overall - 5Gold Stars!

Condo was very clean. Great location to get to the beach. Great size for two couples or parents with 2 to 3 kids. Condo has all the needed amenities to have a comfortable week there. We enjoyed our stay!

The Moorings is the best deal on Hilton Head and this condo is tops.

We've been to Hilton Head many times, tried several plantations, but for the best beach Palmetto Dunes can't be beat. The Moorings is also the best deal going in terms of distance from the beach, condo set up, proximity to grocery shopping, and value for money spent. Sue's condo has been renovated to open the space and increase the kitchen size, function and is brand new. Both bathrooms have also been completely renovated and have beautiful, large walk-in showers. Communication was excellent and it was very clean. It is close to the pool yet still private and quiet. We appreciated the keyless entry. Perfect spot for any family of 6. Pictures and description were exactly as depicted. Don't keep looking, this is the one!

This was our first visit to Hilton Head the property listing is everything as described, the condo is beautiful, clean, in a great location everything in the condo works ( we have experienced this at others) we did not have a reason to contact Sue other than to get the door code. An absolute gem to stay at for week. Definitely 5 stars from us!

Perfect week in HH

The condo was exactly as advertised, and it was clean. There was a closed up smell from colder weather but opening windows helped alot. Just a short walk to the beach, the store, the tennis courts, and bike and boat rentals.

great location, quiet, clean

Overall, I would give a 4.5 to 4.75 rating. Location is ideal for going to the beach etc. Minor drawback unrelated to the unit directly but it's annoying - the parking is open air parking while many units have covered parking. The area is loaded with birds; need I say anymore. Unit is well stocked with necessities like appliances, utensils, ice maker, coffee maker, washer, dryer, etc. We brought our own chairs. The master bedroom bed mattress is too soft. There is a flight of stairs which could be a problem for some people who have mobility issues .

Wonderful stay!

I have stayed multiple times at the Moorings. This was the first time at a bottom floor unit with this floor plan. It was nice having just two short flights of stairs - made carrying luggage easier as well easy on the legs after many hours of tennis. Only had to text Sue with questions twice - she promptly responded. Unit was very clean and updated. I highly recommend. I plan to rent again in the future.

Love this place!!!

This property was amazing, and the host is even more amazing! So close to the pool and of course to the beach and all of the other amenities the community has to offer! Only suggestion is the master bedroom REALLY needs a king size bed. It currently has a Queen, and really needs to be a better quality as well. We will be booking this place again in the next few weeks for next year!!!

We loved Hilton Head

Thank you for sharing your home with us for our first stay in Hilton Head! The condo was clean and close to the beach. Overall we had a fun and beautiful week and the condo was comfortable. However , I believe it worth noting that if you like to cook ( which we do) there were a few necessities missing from the kitchen. Also bring your own beach chairs, there are several provided by the house, but they are not nice.... they are rusty and some are broken. The master bedroom mattress was a little softer than we’d like. My kids were happy with their mattresses. The upstairs neighbors were pretty noisy at early hours too.
