We manage our own property and do not go through a management company. Therefore, our total cost at checkout will be much less than those managed by an outside company.

We are offering a minimum of a 4 night stay during off peak months of October - April, and requiring a 7 night stay during peak months. During peak months rentals will be Saturday to Saturday. We are also offering a 8% discount for a booking that is 1 month or longer.

In September 2022 we purchased the villa and are so excited to share it with others. We've put alot of effort into updating the interior of the villa and making it a great getaway.

Excellent location in Palmetto Dunes, which is an exclusive gated resort. This villa is steps from the beach, pool and the Dunes House Restaurant. It's also within walking distance to the award winning Palmetto Dunes Tennis Center, The General Store, and the Outfitters, where you can rent bikes and kayaks. There are many walking & bike trails, several of which lead to Shelter Cove. And within Palmetto Dunes there are 3 world-class golf courses including Robert Trent Jones, Arthur Hills and George Fazio.

Our renovated Moorings Villa is a fantastic location for so much enjoyment. The condo has 2 Bedrooms, 3 Baths, Sleeps 6-8.

Upon entering, you will notice several beautiful updates. We've chosen our favorite canvas print of Hilton Head to be displayed on our updated foyer wall of ship lap. Immediately when you open the door you know you are on vacation!! All furniture is new and the entire villa has luxury vinyl plank flooring.

The unit offers 2 private bedrooms on opposite sides of the villa, each with a private bath and balcony, which are also accessible from the main living room. The master bedroom has 1 king bed and the guest bedroom has 2 queen beds. Each of the bedrooms have a full size dresser, large closet and a 55 inch Smart TV with cable. New flooring, sinks and vanities (with ship lap) have been placed in these baths. There is also a ceiling fan in each bedroom.

Separating the bedrooms is a large, open family / dining room and kitchen. The kitchen features new stainless steel appliances, new countertops and custom cabinetry. The kitchen is fully equipped for every meal you plan to cook for you and your family.

The dining area has seating for 6, 4 high back chairs and a bench are provided. The living area has ample seating and a 65 inch Smart TV which includes cable, Netflix, Amazon Prime and much more. Games are located in the TV stand for rainy days.

We have replaced the windows and sliding glass doors in the living room. This makes the view so much better.

You will also find a ceiling fan in the living room area to keep you comfortable during your stay. In the living area there are two pull out sofa's. One is a double and the other a twin.

Off the main living area is a bath with a walk-in shower that also has a washer and dryer.

We keep / offer a few things at the villa so you can pack light. We provide beach towels, a 24 can back pack cooler, a small 6 can cooler, and frozen ice packs for your cooler. We also have a storage unit under the villa with 4+ beach chairs, a sturdy beach umbrella, a wagon and some beach games.

The villa does require a parking pass and the fee will depend on the length of stay.
