I started coming to the island when I was little and too timid and shy to even sit on Greg Russell's stage. Hilton Head was my mother's favorite place to go and what started as one week away turned into a month and 20 years of family vacations. I lost my mother a few years ago and never thought I could come back without her, but it is a place a so much peace and the best memories of my life. I am extremely fortunate that my husband has fallen in love with the island and after his third trip there, and much friendly pestering from me, we bought this condo! This is our dream and we feel so blessed to share it with you. I am originally from Pittsburgh and live in Ohio now and we hope to one day live full time in HHI. But for now, we hope you enjoy our cozy island home. Thank you so much for choosing to spend your time in Hilton Head in our home. We are grateful to have you!
Por qué escogió este alojamiento
Everyone has a favorite place on the island and while I would live anywhere if it was in HH, Palmetto Dunes is my favorite. The grounds are absolutely beautiful, the beaches are incredibly pretty and wide, it is a private gated community, there is golf, tennis, pickle-ball, the cutest general store that has everything you could possibly need for a quick trip with so much charm, the Dunes House is wonderful and the Dunes Buggy will take you to the beach or to near-by Shelter Cove Marina with restaurants, shopping and water activities. You cannot ask for more.
Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial
Our property is a 9 minute walk to the beach or a 5 minute or less bike ride. It is just two minutes to drive to the Dunes House or simply call for the Dunes buggy to take you and your family to the beach for the day! There is a covered front patio to keep your beach chairs, umbrellas, etc, but both can be rented easily from April-October on the beach. We sit right on the Robert Trent Jones Golf Course and have a beautiful view and patio and grill to relax. We hope you will find it comfortable and enjoy it as your home away from home while you are here.
