Pros- Overall nice place and great location. Bigger than it looks in pictures. We loved that every room had a bathroom. The property manager was very responsive and professional.Cons- They provide zero condiments for the kitchen ( no salt, pepper, sugar, not even a sponge) and only 1 laundry pod and 2 diswasher detergents. A few roaches on main floor and in 2 of the bedrooms.

Our stay at this beautiful villa was excellent! We were in town to plan our daughter’s wedding and the proximity to the clubhouse could not have been better! We had a small issue with the A/C when we first arrived, but the property manager, Byron, handled it within an hour of us telling him. He was also great responding to any questions we had during our stay. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!

The villa was perfect for our family/friends vacation, very open and nicely decorated, and loved the fact that each bedroom has their own private bathroom. The location is perfect for teenage kids to have some freedom, and it’s a short 5 minute drive to the beach. The pool is very nice as well. We really enjoyed our stay here!!

Summer Vacation

This is our first year staying in Sea Pines. Actually our first time using a VRBO ON THE ISLAND. We usually use our time share but we wanted a larger place this year. The pictures on web are accurate but the wear and tear of rental is showing. I found the cleaning company not up to standards. And the rug in living room as well as floors not clean. The back deck was not clean at all. There are several repairs that need to be made throughout the unit. All the beds were clean and comfortable the dinning area is tight for 7 adults. I only spoke to the manager who was very responsive to my concerns and did not report to him all the issues above. He took care of the main issue we had very promptly. All in all we had a great time with our children who only are able to get together every three years or so. I would recommend this unit if maintenance and cleaning is improved.

Great Harbour Town Location

This was the perfect place to stay for our group of 8 (4 adults, 4 kids). Very spacious townhome and a great location. We walked to Harbour Town every evening, took the convenient trolley to the beach each day, and enjoyed getting on the bike paths to go around Sea Pines. Only thing to note is that if you are flying in from out of town, you'll need to bring or purchase your own beach towels and chairs. We were able to pick up plenty of beach toys for free at the beach box by the Sea Pines Beach Club.

Harbor Town Villa

Great villa with lots of space close to the pool and the golf course. Easy walk to Harbor Town shops and restaurants. Well equipped kitchen but I suggest bringing plastic or solo cups for the pool. There weren’t any beach chairs but we rented them at the beach club. We really appreciated the baby gates for the stairs! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

AA+ Property In Sea Pines

We had never been to Hilton Head and we were looking forward to having a great week together. We all had the best time and were so glad we stayed here. We chose this property for its location and 4 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The condo was perfect for us and had everything we needed. The free trolley was excellent and took us all over Sea Pines, including the beaches and shopping areas. We walked to Harbour Town for shopping, restaurants and beautiful views of the bay. The kids could walk to Harbour Town for ice cream or bike to the Beach Club. We walked to the tennis and pickleball courts and we had a pool right behind us.Communication with Bryon, the property manager, was great, and check in and access to the condo was easy. Byron responded quickly when we had an issue. Thank you Bryon, for replacing patio chairs within a day when one of them broke and contacting us after we left when you found jewelry left behind. The bedrooms were comfortable and the kitchen was fully equipped. We grilled and ate in 3 or 4 nights. Really outstanding property! Highly recommended.

Great family rental

We have plenty of room to enjoy ourselves. Very convenient to a small beach, but the larger beaches are not too difficult to get to but the parking is very limited. The only negative I have is I never received an answer to my question to either the property manager or through VRBO. The answer probably was no, but it would have been nice to receive the answer. Otherwise, great for a small family reunion!

Great place to stay, fantastic locations

We loved the property and the location could not have been better, steps from Harbour Town club house and neighborhood pool. Short walk to marina with lots of great restaurants and shops. It would have been nice to have beach chairs and umbrella available to use. But not that big of a deal. The freezer acted up the last day but was not a problem most of the time. We would definitely recommend the property and had. Great time.

Great property & efforts to accommodate issues/needs

After initial hiccups upon checking in, the property manager was very quick to respond with what we needed and make things right for our group. The property owners were also great with communication leading up to our stay and helped to get any questions I had answered. Everything else was great and we had an awesome time during our stay. The property was clean and well kept and we loved being walking distance from shops and restaurants.

Fabulous rental and owners/caretaker were SUPER nice and responsive! Pool off the back porch and trolley stop very close! Plenty of room for 2 families! We loved it!

Family Fun

We stayed at this property with our 2 year old daughter and another family with two young kids. It was clean, spacious, and perfect for our vacation of 7 people. The location was awesome! It was walkable to the lighthouse, shops, pool, and trolly stop that took us to the beach. The property manager was quick to respond to any questions we had. We cannot wait to come back and stay here again!

Highly recommend

This property is perfect. We loved the unit for our family with friends vacation. The home was clean and had everything we needed. We live the proximity to shops and restaurants of Harbour Town. Being able on the trolley to get to the beach club, the shoppes at Sea Pines and the bike shops was extremely convenient. Being steps from the pool was also a treat. We would absolutely want to stay here again.

Family Vacation

This property is a perfect choice for any family or group of friends looking to enjoy time in Hilton Head Island. The condo is large and well laid out with the common areas on the ground floor, two bedrooms on the second floor and two bedrooms on the third floor. Big plus is that each bedroom has its own bathroom! The kitchen is well equipped with everything you will need to prepare meals at home if you choose to dine in and there is also a grill on the back deck. The only challenge is there is no pantry so nowhere to store groceries but that was not a big deal for us. There is a very nice pool just steps off the back deal and that is a great way to cool off after a hot and sandy day spent on the beach. Most days we had the pool completely to ourselves. The condo is an easy 5 minute walk straight into Harbour Town and it is also close to a trolley stop so you can have easy access to the beach and other areas inside Sea Pines. We did encounter a few bumps in the road with the power failing but that was not anything the owners could control. They and their property manager responded quickly to the problem at hand and made sure it was resolved that night. I can easily give a big thumbs up to anyone considering renting this property.

Great Location

This location is excellent. Right next to Harbor Town golf course. Close proximity to shops and restaurants. I did a golfing trip with the fellas and the house slept 7 comfortably. Close proximity to golf courses as well.

Great family vacation villa

We rented this property for Thanksgiving and had several family members staying here! First, the owners and the property manager could not have been nicer and went above and beyond to ensure we had a nice stay! I was very impressed - so helpful and friendly! The supplies provided were extensive. The extra large fridge was a wonderful bonus! Everyone was comfortable sleeping. The layout of the place is great for group relaxation as well as separation when needed. Having bathrooms in each bedroom is awesome! The two car covered parking is another positive of this property. We also liked being the end unit. The location is great for easy access to all that Harbor Town has to offer! This rental unit was exactly what we needed and we had a great time!

Hello!! We are Brad and Darcy Wylde. We live in Charlotte, NC with our 4 children and 3 dogs. Brad is originally from England and Darcy grew up in San Diego, CA. We LOVE Hilton Head and vacation there 3-4 times per year. Our children have grown up vacationing there with so many wonderful memories of Harbour Town - the beach, playground, Gregg Russell, Easter egg hunts, Salty Dog trips, horseback rides and countless bike rides.

Once you arrive at our villa you can park your car and leave it there. The best way to see Harbourtown and all it has to offer is by walking, biking, or taking the trolley. Walk to the harbor pier and watch the sunset, sit in one of the rocking chairs at Harbourside Grill and listen to live music while sipping a glass of wine or cocktail. Go on a dolphin cruise or fishing excursion out of the Harbourtown marina. Take the children to the park and then to get ice cream. Go see Gregg Russell in concert under the Liberty Oak. Shop in one of the quaint boutiques for souvenirs, gifts, or high-quality clothing. Dine at one of the fabulous restaurants and then walk home. Take the Harbourtown Trolley to the beach club with all your gear. The stop is next door to the villa. No hassle finding parking or driving home after a day at the beach.

For golfers, our villa is directly next door to the famous Harbourtown Golf Links clubhouse and course which hosts the RBC Heritage golf tournament every year. Just walk out the front door and you're there in 30 seconds. There are 3 other public courses to try as well. Makes for a great guys or girls golf getaway.
