Cancha privada de pickle ball, juego grande, piscina de 42 pies, en el campo de golf de galeón, paseo a la playa, WIFI en todo, televisión inteligente en cada habitación y televisión inteligente de 60 pulgadas en la sala de estar, 4 habitaciones tienen camas king size que pueden se dividirá en 2 XL gemelas para esos grupos de golf. 1 dormitorio tiene una cama queen size. El segundo dormitorio principal tiene espacio suficiente para una cuna adicional o cunas para niños pequeños.

El primer piso de concepto abierto tiene un comedor con capacidad para 12 personas y una sala de estar con capacidad para 12 personas. La sala de estar tiene un sofá extraíble "American Leather" de tamaño king, así como un sofá reclinable Lazy Boy. Hay un paseo desde la sala de estar hasta la gran terraza y la piscina de 41 pies y la bañera de hidromasaje. La propiedad es un acre de privacidad al final de un callejón sin salida. Está en una comunidad cerrada con una casa de playa. La casa privada retrocede al hoyo 2 del campo de golf Galleon.

El dormitorio principal del primer piso tiene muebles y asientos Mackenzie-Childs para relajarse lejos del resto del grupo con acceso a la sección protegida de la cubierta. La piscina se puede calentar o no (cargo de $ 500 / semana)

Beautiful home in Hilton Head

Clean, beautiful property, we couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend our vacation. Our family LOVED this house. Lots for our grandchildren to do. Lots of space and activities for everyone. The amenities were perfect for all ages. We especially enjoyed the pool (which was a great size), and the pickleball court. Stay here if you can. You won’t regret it. Owners we’re very helpful and responded quickly to any questions or needs.

Family vacation

The house is on a beautiful wooded lot. Unfortunately this led to a constant barrage of leaves falling all over the pool and all the outdoor amenities. So we ended up spending time everyday sweeping! The pool is large and a nice warm temperature even without heat. The spa heat did not work, so that was a bummer. The Pickleball courts require you to use a special paddle and ball, which in essence meant it wasn’t really Pickleball! Since the courts were one of the main reasons we stayed there, we were very disappointed. The house is plenty big for the 9 people we had stay. The bedrooms (except one which we didn’t need) were a good size. Two of the bathrooms were a decent size but the others were small. One you could barely fit in! The dining and living rooms easily fit 9 people which was great! The house is in general need of an uplift. The interior decorations are dated. Overall, the house was ok, but it didn’t take away from the experience of having family together!

Great House

Our family had a great time at the house in Hilton Head. There was so much to do for adults and kids. Everyone loved playing pickle ball! The house was clean and had everything we needed. It was easy to get to the beach and the community was great for walks and bike rides.

Fun vacation stay with friends

Great home in a great location. Plenty of space for 4 adults and 5 young girls 18mo's-7 years. We used the pool everyday. Didn't use the pickle ball court as much as we should have but it was a ton of fun when we did. Easy quick drive to the private beach access. Suggestions: wonderful rental but would definitely have appreciated having some separate beach towels available so we didn't have to pack some. For nearly $1k/night that doesn't seem a big ask. Also providing a beach wagon and beach chairs/umbrellas would be appreciated so you don't have to rent them like we did (I've had other beach rentals with this equipment provided). That said rental was easy and they drop it off and pick it up for you. The instructions for the hot tub didn't actually heat the hot tub so we had to have the pool maintenance guy come out who explained how to do it and it worked fine thereafter (would look to clarify if the hot tub instructions need to be updated or if the maintenance guy was able to reprogram the controls as he mentioned to me he may do). Overall it was a wonderful rental and would definitely rent again. The suggestions are simply amenities I've had at several other beach/near beach rentals that just make your stay easier and save some rental fees.

Wonderful visit, again!

This is our second visit to the Greenes’ house. Our family loves the pool, playground area, pickle ball court and outside dining. Plenty of indoor space, if there’s rain. Hope to visit again!

Spring Break Family Vacation in Hilton Head

The vacation home description was everything advertised . We had an awesome week! Perfect location to the beach access that’s inside the private community. Super quiet on the culdesac and very safe for kiddos to run about. The pool was awesome and perfect for our family. This rental had everything we could think of and more.

Family fun

Beautiful home! Kids enjoyed the play set. We all enjoyed the large pool, hot tub and Pickleball court. 5 bedrooms that took care of 6 adults and 4 children. Located at the end of a cul de sac so kids were able to ride bikes. Lots of outdoor living space. Easy walk to the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Great home for large group

This property has something for everyone- the pool was used constantly, great covered porch for relaxing, multiple areas for dining with large groups (both indoor and outdoor), and the pickleball court was a hit! The bike ride to the beach was a reasonable distance (about 10-15 mins), although having the parking pass to get all kids' beach toys was a bonus! Thanks for a wonderful week!

Beautiful vacation home

Clean, beautiful property. The amenities were perfect for all ages. We especially enjoyed the pool (which was a great size), the pickleball court, and playground. We rented bikes and loved going to the beach and exploring on the bike trails. Wonderful vacation, highly recommend!

This was the perfect house for relaxing with family

The house was very clean and the location was perfect. We spent a lot of time enjoying the pool, pickle ball court and the outdoor entertaining area. Very short drive to the beach or scenic walk. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit to the area. Donna was available to address any questions.

Outstanding property in a fabulous area!

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Hilton Head Island, and this beautiful home added to the experience. Our only complaint was that the Pickleball Court that is on location, and a key reason that we chose this property, can’t be used with standard Pickleball equipment. You have to use rubber balls, which is then clearly not Pickleball. I understand why, being the house is in a neighborhood, but that should be spelled out in the listing. Other than that the house was everything advertised, a spectacular home in a beautiful location of the country!!

Fun family getaway

This is the place to stay! Location is perfect! Amazing backyard fun! Pickle ball court was a family favorite. Pool and spa and numerous other backyard activities to enjoy. Bike trails throughout area, with short ride to beach. Donna is most helpful with any questions and responds promptly. We will be back in the future for another family trip!

great place

this is a wonderful place to stay there where 7adults and a 2 year old. everyone had there own room and bathroom. the place was very clean we had a small problem with the dining room light. it was taken care of that day. i would definitely try to come back next year
