The property offers a wonderful amount of comfortable space and a great deal of kitchen amenities. Our family also appreciated the generous dining areas. The outside area is very nice and provides plenty of outdoor furniture, complete with pool amenities. We enjoyed a memorable week!

This was an exceptional experience, a wonderful property, very responsive to our needs and thoughtfully stocked and furnished. It was a great home for our 7 adults and 4 children. Location is very close to grocery, yet private with very little noise or distraction.

Great Family Getaway Home

This property was the prefect place to spend time with family in Hilton Head. It is centrally located and most importantly...in walking distance of the grocery store. It was homey and inclusive to meet most of our needs without having to leave the property. I highly recommend this property for your stay in Hilton Head.

Every year, my wife and I plan a friends getaway where a few set of couples find a locale to relax, share our experiences from the past year, laugh, inspire, and eat. Love the place, excellent location walking distance to everything.

Great house & location was perfect!

We were visiting beautiful Hilton Head for the half marathon & the house was perfect for our group! We had lots of room and loved the outdoor area. The house was super clean & even though we didn’t use the kitchen it was very well stocked. The owner of the home was quick to respond & we would definitely stay @ this house again!

Can’t wait to do it again!

Hilton Head is our home away from home. This home was perfect for our group of 11 with plenty of space to spare. We had all of the comforts of home. Way beyond our expectations. Looking forward to staying here again next summer.

amazing vacation house

This house is gorgeous, spacious, and comfortable! Very clean and so many amenities. We did a lot of our own cooking, so I really appreciated having sugar and spices available in the kitchen. We spent a lot of time outside on the deck and by the pool. This house is in a great location; very close to the beach, shopping, and dining. We will definitely be staying here again! Highly recommend!

Great Family Vacay

We had to change dates at last minute and house contact/Evolve were most accommodating. House is beautiful with two suites and lots of room upstairs. Beds were close to floor so good for children. Well-stocked kitchen with lots of spices and cookware. The pool was great for kids. The cleaning schedule for the pool was off due to July 4th weekend, but contact was very receptive to getting it back to pristine condition quickly. Will be back!

Great house!

This house was perfect for our group of 8 people! We could have slept about 8 more! The downstairs living area and kitchen are perfect for large gatherings. The kitchen had everything we needed. The pool/deck area is beautiful, especially at night. The main master bedroom/bath (there are 2 masters) was enormous! The only negative thing I will say is that all the baths except the master ran out of hot water very quickly.

Immaculate, Well-appointed Home

My stay in Hilton Head was enhanced by the well-appointed, immaculate home I rented. The home's location is centrally located and, thereby, offered access to both ends of the island. The six-bedroom home provided ample space and preferred bedding (no twins) for by group of 6 couples. Believe me, I searched high and low for such bedding!The guest contact, Jill Eaton, was more than accommodating. She answered all inquiries in a timely and professional manner. I am very appreciative of her efforts to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable.I will make plans to return to Hilton Head and book this home for my stay.

Not what Expected

The house was very dirty and outdated in many areas. The pool and patio area was poorly maintained. One positive was the recently remodeled master suite. The 2 garages listed for use wasn’t accessible to guest. The bike paths in Sea Pines makes it more convenient to get around, However it was over 3 miles cycling to the beach from this property’s location.

Thanksgiving getaway

Pros: The location was good, the house was very spacious and clean. I wouldn't mind staying at this house again. Large driveway for multiple cars. The master bathroom is beautiful. Looks just like the pictures. Jill was a good communicator. Cons: I was contacted by Jill approximately 5 days before our check in date that rodents where rampant on the island and there were rodents found in the house in October. I appreciate getting the information but i wish we were notified sooner. We were also advised not to keep any food out. We had to be extra cautious and slightly uncomfortable. Since this was Thanksgiving, we were going to have a huge spread but decided to cut back in fear of the rodents. Fortunately, we did not see any rodents. There is a $20-$22 per car parking tag that is required to park at the property. Cash only. There are still some items that need to be fixed and Jill mentioned that in her email to me. Overall its a nice property that still needs some work.

Wonderful house for a girls get-away

House was just as pictured but even better! Owner was very responsive when a few questions arose. We hope to revisit the Hilton Head area next year and hope we can stay in Jills beautiful house again!

Wonderful house!

We had a fantastic vacation at this home! The owner was so helpful and easy to work with. The home itself met all our needs- it was roomy, clean and well stocked with all the amenities that made it feel like home. The outdoor pool/living area was beautiful, we enjoyed sitting outside under the lights in the evening. I would recommend this home for anyone looking for a space for their large group.
