We had a wonderful golf trip to Hilton Head and this house was perfect. Great outdoor area for grilling and hanging by the heated pool and a great open space inside with connected kitchen/dining room/living room. Check in process was seamless and great support throughout the visit.

We loved Sea Pines and our hosts were generous and helpful! The home itself was just beautiful and well appointed. John made our mom feel extra special as we celebrated her 85th birthday here! We sure hope to. come back someday!

Beautiful house and close to the beach. Very comfortable beds and a nice hot tub.Provided the ability to check in early and leave late since it was open. That is greatly appreciated.Management's communication was excellent. Since there weren't any issues, it wasn't needed.One thing that should be noted on this listing is that the pool can only be heated to 87-88 degrees. In the spring this is not warm enough, especially for 75 a day in heating fees. It only costs around 30 - 40 a day to heat a pool this size. For a 150% markup, I expect to be able to heat the pool to what I find comfortable. 90 degrees was needed with the temp outside.

Thank you so much for your response! We’re very pleased that you found our home beautiful and comfortable for your guests. I might say, we rely on our pool maintenance company for the maximum temperature of 87 degrees. We can’t control it. Warmer temperatures can lead to a breakdown in pool filtering equipment, and many people feel uncomfortable. Also, heating the pool is very expensive, at close to $4 a gallon of gas. It can cost several hundred dollars just to bring the pool up to 87 degrees. It costs less in warmer weather, but overall we only pass on the cost to heat the pool, without any mark-up, and actually lose money in the long run. We are very happy you enjoyed your stay, and hope you’ll come back to visit again soon!

The house was exactly what was advertised. Plenty of room for our group of nine. One of the perks was each bedroom had its own very nice bathrooms and towels were laid out for us, a nice added touch. The house was very clean and beautiful. The men of course loved the enormous tv in the living area Also the owner was upfront well in advance about the beach being dredged when we were going to be there and it did not effect us in anyway with our enjoyment of the beach The pool was great, the small added fee to heat and use the hot tub is so worth it! They even came by everyday to clean around the pool. They also had plenty of pool/beach items for us to use that was an added plus. The best part was the outdoor shower, used that everyday! The one thing that needs replacing is the kitchen oven panel doesn’t show your baking temperature or timer other than that the oven works fine. We did use the outdoor grill and that worked great. The hostess was the best, always got back with me promptly when I had a question. She was right on top of things. Would definitely stay there again!

Wow, what an AMAZING property!!! Beautifully decorated and the most comfortable beds we have ever slept in. The owners and host could not have been more accommodating. We were a family of 7 and felt there was plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. I would stay here again 100% and would not hesitate to recommend such a beautiful property.

Perfect family getaway! House has it all!

This house has it all! Updated finishes and furnishings, amazing outdoor spa and pool, close walk to beach and nearby Southbeach and all the bike trails. The house is fully equipped with everything you need! Each bedroom has extremely comfortable beds and amazing bathrooms for each! Beth, the property manager, was amazing with communication and checking in on us! Highly recommend booking your stay here!

Beautiful Sea Pines Property

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property! The house was beautiful, spacious, and immaculately clean, with every detail thoughtfully taken care of. The location was perfect for exploring the area, and we felt right at home from the moment we arrived. Beth, the property manager, and the McKnights went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable – they were incredibly responsive, helpful, and accommodating, answering all of our questions. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a fantastic place to stay!

FANTASTIC STAY!

Our stay here was incredible! The property is GORGEOUS! The house was so clean and beautiful. We had more than enough space. The kitchen was amazing and had everything we needed. Check-in was simple and seamless. Both the owner and property manager were so friendly and kind. They communicated clearly and went above and beyond for us and even checked in on us to make sure we had everything we needed. We were more than impressed and have zero complaints! We had a wonderful time and will definitely be coming back again! 100 stars!

A Perfect Thanksgiving Getaway at Hilton Head Island!

We recently had the pleasure of spending Thanksgiving at this charming home on Hilton Head Island, The host had decorated the space beautifully creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere that instantly made us feel at home. The attention to detail was impressive, from the decor to the thoughtful welcome bottle of wine. The location was absolutely ideal—just a short walk from the stunning beach and close to fantastic dining and activity options. We enjoyed long walks along the shore, soaking in the breathtaking views and the gentle ocean breeze. The nearby bike trails were a hit, too! We rented bikes and explored the island. It was immaculate and well-equipped with everything we needed. The kitchen was spacious and stocked with high-quality cookware. There is a lovely dining table where we could gather and share our gratitude. A highlight was the outdoor space. The twin balconies off the bedrooms were perfect for enjoying our morning coffee. There is also a lovely built in grill available for use. Our favorite feature was the heated pool and hot tub where we relaxed at the end of each day. Our host went above and beyond to ensure our stay was exceptional. They were always just a message away, ready to assist. Overall, our Thanksgiving getaway was nothing short of magical. The combination of a beautiful location, a cozy and well-appointed home, and a host who truly cares about their guests made for an unforgettable experience. We can’t recommend this spot highly enough!

We always dreamed of owning a home in this paradise and 5 years ago our dream finally came true when we purchased a vacation home in Sea Pines. We recently purchased a second home in Sea Pines so we can share those wonderful memories with families like ours. We live in North Georgia and visit Sea Pines as often as we can, which isn't often enough! We hope you will love our home as much as we do and begin collecting memories that will last a lifetime.

Sea Pines is the true gem of Hilton Head. The island can get kind of crowded some times, but since it's a gated community, Sea Pines is an oasis of tranquility. There are so many wonderful things to do in Hilton Head, but you really don't have to leave Sea Pines if you choose not to.
We love riding bikes on the miles of paved paths that wind through Sea Pines. and of course there's golf, tennis, pickleball, shopping, wonderful restaurants, Harbour Towne. Enjoy the newly renovated Quarterdeck Restaurant, with fabulous views of the Sound and the 18th hole of Harbour Towne Links, home of the annual Heritage Golf Tournament. If you have young children, and even if you don't, be sure to catch Gregg Russell's evening concerts during the summer beneath the Liberty Oak in Harbour Towne. A few years ago the wonderful Harbour Towne playground was renamed after Gregg in honor of his nearly 50 years of performing for families in Sea Pines. And of course you'll want to climb to the top of the famous Harbour Towne lighthouse, Hilton Head's iconic landmark!
South Beach is just a few minutes from your vacation home. It's the home of the famous Salty Dog Cafe and the Salty Dog T-shirt factory. Salty Dog T-shirts are seen being worn all over the country! Enjoy all kinds of boating and water sports from Harbour Towne and South Beach Marina, including dolphin tours, fishing charters, kayaking, jet skis, and so much more, even a pirate cruise for the little swashbucklers in the family. We love the dinner cruise on the Spirit of Harbour Towne, and trips to Savannah on the same boat. Adults in the family will love the Salty Dog Sunset Cruise, sailing on Calibogue Sound to Daufuskie island and beyond, on a beautiful catamaran with a full bar.
And of course, the beautiful Hilton Head beach, just a 4 minute walk from your vacation home. You'll never forget the beautiful sunrise and sunsets, counting the sea turtle nests, collecting shells, and just lounging in the sun!

We love our beautiful beach home. It was completely renovated last year and features a warm and welcoming beach motif. The landscaping is beautifully designed and meticulously maintained. Our home has been professionally decorated, including high end furniture throughout and high end kitchen appliances. There are two master bedrooms upstairs with king beds, and a downstairs bedroom with a king bed. Another upstairs bedroom has two double beds. Each bedroom has a full bathroom. Two of the bedrooms open to balconies overlooking the pool. We love the privacy of our beautiful pool and spa. And it can be heated for an additional charge from October through April. Our pool deck also features a built-in grill, a dining table, and an outdoor shower. A path that begins at the end of our pool deck leads to the beach path and a short walk to the beach.
