The apartment includes a double bedroom with hangers and all the essentials for short- or long-term stays.
Hosting more than two guests? We provide high-quality folding beds with linens and towels to ensure everyone sleeps comfortably.

NOTE: Our property is super close to the university and the hospital, all is within walking distance from this location making it perfect for such stays.

The apartment is located just opposite Maltese university and 5 minutes by walk from the Mater Dei Hospital.
Due to that the apartment is surrounded by eateries, convenience stores and anything our guest would require to make his stay an even better one.
It is also round the corner from Maltas primary skate park and is central from both St Julians and Valletta.
The bus stop is just round the apartment making it very easy and cheap to travel.
The apartment is also central with Valletta and St Julians not taking even 5-10 minutes by bus.
Very important notes before booking:
1. We have STRICT noise policies, therefore when booking, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbours and the common areas. Not abiding by these rules can come in unwanted fines and immediate vacation of the property.
2. During the lovely summer season, although we do sanitise, some ants and cockroaches are to be expected, unfortunately, this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed.
3. Early check-in and late check-outs are subject to availability of the day however we truly appreciate if check-in and check-out times are always respected.
4. Self check-ins is provided and details and instructions are to be sent 24 hours prior check-in date.
5. Waste schedules are shown in the check-in guide, putting the waste at the right time, is imperative as otherwise, local fines may apply. Kindly note that streets are constantly monitored.
6. What is included in the apartment.
- Shower gel
- Plate liquid soap
- Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)
- Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage.
- Garbage bags
- Linens for the bed
- 2 Towels per person
7. No additional guests who are not part of the booking are allowed to sleep at any time on the premises. The apartment is always insured on the guest amount you book. If you will be having any other guests it is important to get permission first, a nightly fee could be charged for the extra guest.
