The property is located 10 minutes away from the airport by car. Renting a car at the airport is easy and will allow you to travel efficiently around the island given it is just 27km in length and 14.5km wide.

Restaurants by the sea are just 2 minutes away on foot and others are 5 minutes away by car close to the tourist open market in Marsaxlokk or in the vicinity of sandy beach Pretty Bay. A convenience shop is located next door, open all week, and another 13 minutes away on foot open daily from 6:00 to 21:00.

Supermarkets are just 5 minutes away by car whilst a pharmacy is within walking distance on the way to the beach. 5 minutes away on foot are the prehistoric Ghar Dalam Cave and the Borg in-Nadur prehistoric remains. St. Peter's Pool is a 5-minute car drive away.

A bus stop is located right in front of the premises. Within 11 minutes you will be able to reach the only underground prehistoric temple in the World, the Hypogeum. A 20-minute bus ride takes you to Valletta from where other destinations around the island can be reached, including Mdina, Hagar Qim temples and the Blue Grotto caverns.
