It can host up to three people, and the fully equipped kitchen allows you to cook at home. The bathroom includes both a shower and a bathtub ideal for starting or ending your day your way.

There’s a single bed, a sofa bed, and a desk for working from home. Of course, there’s Wi-Fi, and the heating keeps you nice and warm in winter.

The building has an elevator, and thanks to the central location, you’re well connected to public transport and all the highlights of the city. Enjoy your stay!

In less than 15 minutes walking along the beautiful Isar River, you’ll reach Munich’s most iconic places perfect for enjoying the fresh air. Whether you prefer a relaxing walk or, like me, love jogging, this area offers great routes across the city.

Within just 10 minutes, you can also reach the Deutsches Museum, one of the largest science and technology museums in the world a must-visit for curious minds.

A real hidden gem: Auer Mühlbach, one of Munich’s most charming urban streams, lovingly restored in 2000. Today, it’s a peaceful spot to take a break right in the city center.

Another nearby highlight is Nockherberg, only 5 minutes away a true recommendation for anyone wanting to experience Bavarian brewing culture firsthand. It’s home to the famous Paulaner am Nockherberg, the heart of the traditional Paulaner brewery idyllically located on the Isar riverbank in the charming Au district.

Nockherberg is also famous for the original Starkbierfest, a strong beer festival held every year during Lent a truly local experience with music, tradition, and of course, hearty beer.

If you prefer cooking at home, there’s a REWE supermarket just 250 meters from the studio.

But if you're craving traditional Bavarian food, I recommend two beer gardens:
Nearby you’ll find Hofbräukeller, known for its history and of course, its classic beer.
If you want to discover even more of the city, visit the Seehaus, located right by the lake in the English Garden ideal for soaking up the sun on a summer day.
