Awesome Getaway

This is our 2nd time staying at this property.The home is very well maintained and clean.Everything you may (or may not) need for summer fun is furnished..ie bikes, beach chairs, towels, kayaks, surfboards, even sand toys for the littles. After a day of fun in the sun the enclosed outdoor shower is refreshing!Kitchen is well equipped as well, we love the outdoor kitchen grill. I could go on and on. I couldn't give this lil bungalow enough gold stars!We absolutely love it. The hosts, Kirt & Susan are very tentative and answers any questions promptly. We will continue to book this property.TY Kirt & Susan for sharing your lil slice of heaven.

Perfect. Everything you could possibly need is there. Super comfortable for just hanging out. Outside lounge area top notch. All sporty and beach equipment you can dream of is there. We walked and biked to beach everyday.

"Our recent stay at this VRBO property was absolutely fantastic! From start to finish, everything about this rental exceeded our expectations. The attention to detail and the thoughtful gestures made our experience truly unforgettable. First and foremost, the communication with the host was exceptional. They were prompt, friendly, and incredibly helpful. Any questions or concerns we had were addressed promptly, making us feel valued and well taken care of even before our arrival. Upon entering the property, we were blown away by its immaculate cleanliness. It was evident that the hosts put a great deal of effort into maintaining a pristine environment. The attention to cleanliness and hygiene provided us with peace of mind and allowed us to fully enjoy our stay. Furthermore, the thoughtful touches and amenities provided by the host truly made us feel welcome. From the bottle of wine, water & cookies left for us to enjoy to the abundance of towels and toiletries available, we felt like every detail had been carefully considered. It's these small gestures that go above and beyond. The house itself was beautifully appointed with a comfortable and stylish interior. The furnishings and the decor created a warm and inviting atmosphere. We enjoyed the outside patio and grill area. Our Luna (dog) felt very comfortable and enjoyed the treats that were at the house as well. Very quite neighborhood. I would highly recommend this VRBO.

Surf Shack

We were so comfortable at the surf shack. Perfect location and everything you need to enjoy your time at the beautiful Fort Pierce beaches. Kirt and Susan are the sweetest hosts and you can tell they love their property.

The condo was perfect for us. It was clean and had everything you need! Surf boards, chairs, beach cart, umbrella, boogie boards, skim board etc! It was great!

Fantastic little place

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Kirt and Susan’s beachy townhome. Anything you could possibly need is furnished. The outdoor deck is great for relaxing. Proximity to Ocean was great.

Great location

This was our 3rd stay here. Location is great, place as always is clean, our dog feels right at home. Enjoyed the outdoor shower, blue tooth speakers and the wonderful welcome basket.

Great place, with very nice backyard area

Everything was easy with great communication with property manager. Condo was clean and ready to go, they even offered early check in at no cost. Fantastic location for our planned visit! Will definitely stay there again next year if we return.

Excellent proximity to Ft Pierce inlet

Nice to place to hang out!. Can kayak/bike across the street in Ft Pierce inlet state park, surf/swim by the North jetty. Back porch is a great little tiki bar with Bluetooth speakers to hook up to your media. There’s a grill out there and a refrigerator. Fantastic outdoor shower.

It was very simple to check-in. Owners were easy to communicate with. They left a nice welcome gift and had beach goodies. I would definitely go back. Pups enjoyed Dog Beach which was 20 mins away.

Family getaway

I gave the cleanliness a 4 star only because the AC was leaking upstairs and it made the carpet very wet and smelled. It was difficult to sleep at night due to the constant dripping of the AC. The owners were very responsive and tried to do what they could to temporarily fix it while we were there. We loved the place and will definitely go back again. The outside sitting area was absolutely beautiful.

Baseball Tournament Visit

This cottage was perfect for what we were looking for…super close to a great beach area, near baseball tournament fields and fantastic patio / outdoor area to enjoy. The owners were accommodating and responsive throughout our stay.

Superb

This is just what I needed for Seclusion and Quiet, location of town is very central and close to most places on the FL east coast. The Place was wonderful, modest and comfortable. Kirt and Suzanne provided easy options for everything even if you wanted to do nothing at all. The outside shower was my highlight, BRAVO! I am definitely looking forward to being a repeat guest. Awesome experience !

You WILL love it!

Kirt was such an amazing host. He has everything you'll need all ready for you when you get there. We arrived to find a nice bottle of wine and a little goody bag filled with some wonderful lotions and soaps. The decor was absolutely fabulous and had such a homey feel to it. Anytime that I had a question, Kirt responded to my emails within minutes. I highly recommend staying here if you're visiting Ft. Pierce. We definitely will be staying here again in the future.

It was a WOW factor!

Each of us said "Wow" as we entered the fenced yard/patio and then again as we entered the house. The description and photo are accurate, but everything looked even better in person. We were literally across the street from the state park entrance, which made getting to the beach a breeze. We have two kids, and one slept upstair with the trundle bed, and the other on the fold out sleeper sofa. It was perfect. The little touches the owners did made it a great stay.

Fort Pierce delight!

My husband and I truly enjoyed our stay at Kirk and Susan’s townhouse. The floor plan was very functional, especially for two people. The pros outweigh the cons and we would definitely stay here again. The location is great, about 1/2 mile to the beach. The outdoor patio area is just as great as it looks in the photos. Although the weather wasn’t great at the beginning of our stay we used the area as much as possible. The hosts responded VERY quickly to any questions. Quite often, immediately. The cons are minor. Although not dirty, it could use a good “deep” cleaning. The non stick cook wear was very scratched. It was sad to see that previous renters did not take care of it. With that in mind, I would recommend stainless steel that wouldn’t be scratched by careless people. No room darkening shades. This didn’t bother me as I use an eye mask but my husband found it difficult to sleep after sunrise. None of these things would keep us from recommending or staying here again. It was delightful. 😎🌴

The property was perfect! Location, everything in the townhouse was top shelf., and a big plus my dogs loved it too! I so enjoyed the bicycle and could ride everywhere! I will return here to this spot. Owners take great care of this place and it shows., I was lucky to enjoy it as well!!

Great beach getaway

This was a great little getaway to reconnect with family in a comfortable environment with everything you need. The condo was clean and packed with supplies. Close enough to walk to the beach, the perfect place to hang out with kids, family, or your friends. Kirt and Susan were so accommodating and welcoming, making sure our stay was perfect. Thank you!

We enjoy spending time with our family and friends. Grilling outdoors, relaxing at the beach, fishing and watching football are some of our favorite things. We are also pet lovers, and enjoy fostering dogs in our free time.

We were looking for a place to get away for the weekend and we found this perfect vacation spot. It's quiet, relaxing and always breezy and smelling like the ocean. North Hutchinson is the quieter island, while South Hutchinson is nearby with more activities and bars and restaurants. It's nice to relax outside in this beach town.

Hutchinson Island is a cozy little beach town. There are many things to do. Every Saturday from 8:00 to Noon, downtown Fort Pierce at the marina (2-miles away) has a farmers market, with 70 vendors offering food, art and live music. Have a drink at the Tiki Bar, feed the fish, or try a local craft beer at the Sailfish Brewing Co. in downtown Ft. Pierce.
