Wonderful stay! The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was incredibly accommodating and even allowed us to extend our stay, which made our trip so much easier. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Dog friendly getaway

Great accommodations, convenient to beach and local eateries. It was super helpful having the extras for the beach provided on hand. Our family and the dog had a great time.

Perfect getaway

I like to cook on vacation. This kitchen had everything I needed to prepare and serve meals. Some of it was nicer than my stuff at home! Since we flew to Florida, we didn’t have any equipment for the beach. This host provided chairs, umbrella, cooler, ice pack, beach towels, waterproof beach mat, hats…..again, everything you need for a day at the beach. Beds were very comfortable and AC worked well. It had hardwood floors throughout so bring your slippers or sandals to wear in the house. Neighborhood is very nice with some easily accessible parks nearby. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks, Larry!

Beach Stay

This property was an excellent choice for us. 2 adults 2 grandkids. Two separate beds for the kids.Queen bed for the adults. Stairs were the only thing. They were a little steep.

The cottage was decorated beautifully and very cozy. The kitchen had everything we needed. Extremely close to the public beach. The neighborhood was nice to walk or dog with lots of green space. We enjoyed our visit there!

Beach getaway

Our host Larry was amazing! The home was 1 block from the beach and they had anything you could possibly need! There is so much to do there and excellent restaurants. We highly recommend this property and would love to come back again!

Perfect getaway

Very clean. Included everything we needed for an awesome beach experience. Beach was so close, which we loved. Larry kept in touch and was a great host. Beds were comfortable as well, which is important for me. Overall great!

Seaside Serenity

This is an amazing location! The house was very clean and the perfect size for two adults and a small dog. It is located in a quiet neighborhood with a short walk to the beach. We sat on the upstairs deck in the evenings and would just listen to the sound of the ocean waves. On the 4th of July, we sat on the deck and watched the fireworks. We had the best seat in the house and we didn't have to fight the traffic to get home. Larry was an amazing host! He checked on us frequently to make sure we didn't need anything and everything was to our liking. We will definitely be back!

Great beach getaway!

My son and I were in town for a baseball tournament. We stayed at Mr Larry’s beach cottage and it was perfect. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay! After the games, we were steps away from the beach which was never crowded. The check-in & check-out process was hassle-free. Mr. Larry stayed in touch and was helpful with any questions I had. We will definitely visit again!!

FANTASTIC!!!

This place has everything you could hope for and more!!! Checking in and out was a breeze. This was a perfect home away from home. We couldn't be happier with our experience. You could literally hear the waves crashing from the front porch while enjoying your morning coffee. The walk to beach was so easy. This place was perfect!! Thank you Larry your efforts did not go unnoticed!!!

Cottage thats not a Cottage

Its a nice place close to the beach only thing is it was listed as a cottage not a duplex not sure what it was but was getting bite by some kind of bugs most of the week maybe correct the listing other than that had a good time he was very friendly and helpful

Perfect location. Very clean and quiet. Lots of dog friendly places around and the house is set up to easily accomodate dogs. Owner is friendly and good communicator. Will be back.

Great place to stay. Larry checked in often to make sure everything was okay, and that we had everything we needed. Spacious, a/c worked great (it was super hot when we visited). Loved that the beach was basically across the street, (just a 2 min walk). Would definitely stay with Larry again when traveling in the area. Thank you Larry!

This property allows you to enjoy the small town beach feeling. Your blood pressure goes down, you forget about about your worries, and you are carried back to a simpler time. Long walks on the beach, saying hello to your neighbors, enjoying music while you are wearing sandals and a t-shirt. Come try it out!

This unit allows you to sit on the upper deck and watch the sunset over the Indian River. A simple pleasure that will make you feel great. You head east just 100 feet and you can already hear the waves crashing on the uncrowded beach.
