This loft, nestled in the heart of old Paris, spans the top 2 floors of a historic building, offering iconic rooftop views. It's moments from the Louvre, Pinault Foundation, Beaubourg, the Seine river… The 5th floor boasts an open-plan living space with a 5-meter-high, Eiffel-style metallic ceiling. The 4th features 2 bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, plus a separate gym. Separations by elegant, closable glass panes.
It is an achievement of my wonderful wife, a licensed architect, who has blended its historic charm (the 2 large bedrooms) with the modern design style of the living space featuring Scandy furniture, NFTs and unique AI paintings.
This loft is designed for maximum comfort (piano, video projection, mobile drink bar, wide modular sofas ...), offering generous dining, and seating areas, plus a dedicated equipped gym.
Bathed in light, it benefits from many windows, ensuring natural illumination. Strong ventilation is also a feature, with four large roof fans on the 5th.
