Estilo acogedor en el interior, con extenso césped, pozo de fuego y águilas calvas en el exterior. Gran senderismo y pesca cerca. A poca distancia de la encantadora calle principal con excelentes restaurantes y tiendas. Cocina de chef recientemente renovada con estufa Bosch, lavaplatos y fregadero. Awesome spot for river relaxation

This was our first time staying at this property. It was perfect for us - close to both town and Bethel for our concert. The house was clean with super comfy beds, a great deck and the amazing riverfront. Raymond was great to deal with, and Narrowsburg is one of our favorite destinations. Already booked to go back, maybe the eagles will fly closer and when i have my camera ready! Really relaxing get away.

Charming retreat on the river

We had a wonderful vacation at the maisonette! Our family really enjoyed the beautiful view of the river, and the many shops and restaurants in and around Narrowsburg. Raymond left us great recommendations and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We look forward to coming back again!

Our host Raymond thoroughly communicated all we needed to check-in, door code, WiFi password, along with suggested places in town to visit. If you love listening to the river flowing, cool breezes, quiet time to read then this is a place you’ll love! We watched a blue heron and eagles feasting on a fish catch. Visited the downtown each day for coffee, herbal teas, bookstore, shopping, taco Tuesday at the brewery, and riverside dining. We can’t wait to return!

The riverfront was absolutely beautiful and it is the main attraction of this stay. Bathroom desperately needed a deep clean and updated towels that weren't overused from years of guests. Main bedroom had a closet door that opened up to a bathroom halfway in construction, which emitted a strange odor. Accomodation did not feel "fresh ", but again, the beautiful riverfront access and firepit made it worth the stay. Owner was very helpful with local recommendations.

Vive la Maisonette!

The Maisonette is a lovely, simple, well-appointed cabin whose lawn sweeps straight down to the Delaware river, and when you're enjoying the river views, you see not a single other home. It's private, quiet, clean, and surrounded by nature. Narrowsburg is a lovely little town, as well.

Nice house on the river

We enjoyed our stay in Narrowsburg. Raymond was fantastic to work with. House was very nice and in walking distance to cute Narrowsburg. Access to the river right off the property, steps down a little tricky but not too bad. The house has most of what you need and is well maintained and comfortable. There is no television but WIFI is good if you need to use electronics. Thanks again Raymond!!

Great weekend getaway.

The house is very cosy and welcoming. Location is secluded but not isolated and the sound of the river nearby is really relaxing. We had a great weekend here. Perfect place to recharge. Raymond, the host, is responsive and helpful.

Weekend Winter Getaway Feb 2019

If I could give this rating 10’stars - I would! The house is exactly what my boyfriend and I are were looking for. A place with a view of mountains, body of water, not too close neighbors along with the indoor amenities so that we did not need to leave the home until we were ready to leave. The house is exactly how it is displayed in the pictures online. My interactions with Raymond were always courteous and he responded quickly to all my questions. The house is perfect for those seeking a romantic weekend getaway or a weeklong stay with friends and family. My boyfriend and I loved it so much we are already talking about visiting again this Spring!

Simply amazing experience

This was the best getaway! Raymond gave us all the details about everything in town, the house, and things to do while there. The property is immaculate - inside and outside. Kitchen has everything you need. Then there is a grill. And a fire pit. And firewood. Outdoor seating everywhere. The views are amazing. We wanted to book our next stay there even before we left. Definitely got spoiled in terms of what to expect from VRBO properties. Truly wonderful experience.

Beautiful setting on the Delaware in Narrowsburg

We were having a family get-together with my sister-in-law at her tiny house in Narrowsburg so we needed additional space for four adults. We researched the area including hotels but when we found Ray's delightful place right ON the river, we immediately booked it. Clean, modern and well appointed, just pick up your groceries and prepare to relax in a quiet riverside environment. Just the place to leave the CITY behind! BBQ and a nice kitchen and just outside of the actual town of Narrowsburg by a three minute drive and a decent walk. I think since we go to visit family there each summer, we will try to book this place again. What higher compliment can one make about a hotel or a home you stay at than to simply say that you would be happy to stay there again! Thanks Ray!

Clean, quiet, and a gorgeous view

Situated directly across the river and nestled in a heavily wooded area is this stunningly spacious home. Very tranquil and inviting. Peaceful for the adults and entertaining for kids of all ages.The day before we were to leave, an email was sent to us giving detailed instructions on the property, how to use the facilities in the house and what's around! The sound of the fast moving river was beautiful and wild life (white tailed deer, bald eagles, and chipmunks) everywhere we looked made this trip very special. Looking forward to enjoying this property again. Thank you Raymond for a pleasant summer vacation.

Great Place

The Maisonnette was wonderful. It is a small, but perfectly set up and equipped home with a lovely lawn that leads right down to the Delaware river. We felt as secluded and in the middle of nature as possible. Raymond was extremely helpful and attentive to our needs. We will return.

Cozy well appointed kinfolk cottage on the river.

The property was perfect for our quite holiday. Discovering Narrowsburg was amazing. The Main Street shops and restaurants were full of individually owned businesses which made for a great experience. The house had soul and the lack of a TV made for some good bonding. Pair it up with lots of wildlife and the sound of the river for exactly what we wanted. Raymond was always responsive and super accommodating

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

The house is newly and fully renovated, a dream river home for anyone to make their own who loves nature, the outdoors, and wants to get away. The house was renovated using the healthiest and most local and sustainable materials possible. The wide-plank oak floors come from nearby forests and are low-VOC. The bluestone countertops were cut from a local quarry. The Delaware River is beautiful year-round. Great trout fishing nearby, and hiking on the various trails including thousands of acres of the Ten Mile Boy Scouts area a ten minute drive away. Skiing abounds close by as well. The town of Narrowsburg has The Heron, a welcoming farm-to-table restaurant, Narrowsburg Proper (a high-end food store), a supermarket, a farm fresh Italian restaurant Uncle Vinny's, the already-fabled independent book store One Grand, shopping at the Nest (run by former Vogue editor) and the Velvet Maple, with art galleries and the Delaware River Alliance also on main street, and more! You couldn't find a more charming town.

There are so many benefits to this house, the main one being the river and being in nature!

A few FYI's:

The house is not child-proof / child-safe, so you will have to make your own arrangements.

The river has no lifeguards and can be dangerous, so you will have to make your own arrangements.

There are train tracks behind the house--the train runs through the town of Narrowsburg, right past the old "Feed and grain" silo. The train comes infrequently (a few times a week in our experience), though it is not on a set schedule that I've been able to tell or find. It is the "New York Susquehanna" train, better known as the "Suzie-Q". It is not a commuter train, which is part of why it comes infrequently. When it comes it can be felt and heard in the house.

There is no trash collection in town, so this is a carry-in/carry-out yourself property for your trash. That said, trash bags are provided for your convenience.
