The villa allows you to enjoy abundant sunshine in the south-facing garden and spacious roof terrace, perfect for soaking up the warm climate and a fresh dip in the private pool. The terraces includes extensive outside seating, including dining table, dining chairs, parasols for shade, and sun loungers next to the heated pool and on the roof terrace. There is high fencing all around the property, perfect for young families. The pool can be heated for an extra charge.

Inside, the villa benefits from a modern fully equipped kitchen and spacious living/ dining room. The modern living space open to a welcoming terrace where you can dine alfresco or simply relax by the water. The villa offers 2 spacious bedrooms, of which the main bedrooms provides a king size bed and ensuite bathroom. The 2nd bedroom includes a zip and link bed, which can be used both as two single or a double bed. Please do let us know how you would like the bedroom set up once you have booked.

Facilities include a flatscreen TV with satellite channels in the living room as well as a TV in the main bedroom, DVD player, free Wi-Fi, air conditioning and heating throughout. The kitchen includes an induction hob, fan oven, microwave and dishwasher. A washing machine is located in the utility area, adjacent to the kitchen.

The villa is situated on the edge of the increasingly popular La Torre Golf Resort, offering peaceful surroundings although still within easy access and in walking distance of the main centre of the resort, where you can find a supermarket, variety of restaurants, bars, the Golf Club House and also the Hilton Hotel with gym and spa (additional charge). Guests visiting the resort are free to make use of 17 communal pools on the resort, various playground and activity areas, tennis courts and padel tennis courts (free of charge). The resort offers 24-hour security.

Gorgeous beaches are located circa 15min away while Los Alcazares, Murcia city and Cartagena are in easy reach for day trips and evenings out. Ideal for couples, small families, or friends seeking quality time together.

The golf course on the resort can be booked separately and the local area offers numerous additional golf courses which can be enjoyed by keen golf enthusiasts.

A private car parking area is situated to the front of the villa, while ample car parking spaces are additionally available on the road.

Please be aware that the pool can be heated, which really helps in the winter months. However, the heating is expensive to run, and therefore will be provided on request only and at a separate charge per day for this service.
