Este luminoso y espacioso condominio cuenta con una excelente ubicación, a solo unos pasos de Kamaole II Beach Park, una maravillosa playa de arena blanca, ideal para nadar, tomar el sol y avistar tortugas marinas. Este parque de playa también ofrece un área cubierta de hierba con mesas y parrillas para barbacoa, un salvavidas todos los días de la semana y unas vistas impresionantes del Pacífico y las islas cercanas.

Kihei Akahi B102 es un condominio de dos habitaciones y dos baños ubicado en la planta baja, perfecto para un fácil acceso a los terrenos del resort. Aproveche la cocina totalmente equipada y disfrute de las comidas en casa. Este condominio cuenta con un plano de planta abierto y pisos cerámicos en toda la casa. Tambi��n viene con muchos asientos y camas, lo que lo hace perfecto para un grupo o familia. Disfruta de las vistas al jardín y el aroma a plumerias de tu lanai privado con mesa para cuatro. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king size, TV de pantalla plana (con cable) y cuarto de baño privado con ducha a ras de suelo y aseo. El segundo dormitorio ofrece una cama tamaño Queen y literas (dos camas tamaño Twin). El baño de visitas está equipado con una segunda ducha. En la sala de estar, encontrará dos sofás (uno que cubre una cama tamaño queen) y una mesa de comedor con capacidad para seis personas (hoja de mesa adicional disponible en el condominio). Este condominio ha sido equipado con muebles nuevos, ropa de cama, ropa de cama y decoración.

Las comodidades del condominio incluyen una lavadora / secadora en el apartamento. Hay un televisor de pantalla plana con cable ubicado tanto en la sala de estar como en el dormitorio principal. Wi-Fi de cortesía, con velocidades de internet de 400 Mbps, está disponible en toda la unidad y en la terraza. Checked All The Boxes

This condo was perfect for our stay in Kihei. It was well supplied with towels, full kitchen and beach equipment. The property managers were easy to get in touch with and pleasant. The owners and property managers supplied us with lots of information about the condo and where to find things. We enjoyed the proximity to the beach and to our vehicle. The condo was clean and had all the amenities we needed. It was nice to have separate heat pumps/AC in each bedroom and living room, and ceiling fans, so you could control each space very easily. This accommodation definitely checked all the boxes for us!

Better and Better!

We have stayed at this condo multiple times, and it continues to provide the basis for a fantastic vacation experience. Located across the road from one of the best beaches in all of Maui, the pools, grills, and grounds of the complex are kept in great condition. This first-floor condo has received new, quality furniture since our last stay, and, as always, the kitchen is fully equipped to easily prepare and serve full meals (the knives are sharp and it even has garlic & lime presses and ice-cream scoop!). For the Beach it has 6 beach chairs, 2 umbrellas, 2 Boogie Boards, 2 Beach blankets, a cooler, a buggy, and assorted sand-toys. We'll be back!

Great location

Wonderful condo and great location. The beach is literally across the street and condo had all the beach gear you need including a buggy to make the haul easier. My kids enjoyed boogie boards and sand toys. Condo had space for 2 families, total of 7 people and kitchen was fully equipped. We mostly cooked and had all the needed items. There are multiple stores within walking distance and more plazas just a short drive away. One minor thing was the noisy neighbors on the 2nd floor above us. But this has nothing to do with the condo itself.

Condo was well stocked with items for beach and stay in condo. Deck does not get sun in morning or afternoon if that is an important component to picking a place. Close walk to pool, tennis courts. Great location for walking to beach which is great for all ages. Condo was clean, beds were comfortable and loved they had enough pillows! Pull out couch was also comfortable. We would stay here again.

Beautiful 9 days in Maui. Prime Kihei location...steps from the Kamamole Beach II. The condo worked for my familes need during our stay. Aside from some plumbing issues (not related to the condo...but rather the sewage line), we were happy with our stay.

Everything was wonderful, great location. Enough room to fit my whole family. My only issue was the bed in the master bedroom was terribly uncomfortable. It had a huge dip in the middle of the mattress and my back was sore for most of the vacation. Other than that it was great.

Great Spot

Loved staying at this place. My borther lives in Kehi, came for his wedding on the 4th of July. There was 6 of us and it was comfortable. Its a 5 min walk straight to the beach and not too over crowded. Easy check in and check out. Lots of beach amenities. Chairs,wagon,boogie boards,bags,coolers,sand toys, tennis raquets/balls,beach towels. Pool was awesome to have, had 2 grills for grilling and bathrooms in the pool area. Walking distance to many souvineer shops,ice cream,coffee,breakfast,lunch and dinner options. AC was great to have in the middle of July. Kitchen was stocked with everything you need if you prefer to cook. Everything is nicely labeled. Pull out couch/bed was decent! TV instructions were a bit hard and confusing, never got it to work so we only were able to watch one channel after finally finding netflix. Didnt watch much TV though as we were at the beach all day everyday. Probably could have reached out for help but wasn't worried about watching TV. There are outdoor showers closer to the entrance by the road which was nice as well. My complaints would be the family above us that was extremely loud it sounded as of they were doing serious renovation,not sure if tjey were vositors like us or permememamt residents. And the other would be fan on the porch that blew hot air towards table and chairs outside, think the fan was from the AC units inside but not sure. Besides that, I would definitely recommend staying here.

Location!!!

Great location! room had everything we needed and more. the kids had a great time at the beach with all the sand toys and the boards. Only negative comment is that everyday we would find a roach. Not sure if it is a normal thing considering it is an island.

great spot in the middle of Kihei

This condo is perfectly located right in the middle of Kihei. Condo itself was well stocked with everything we needed. The management company My Perfect Stay was available when we needed them and took care of all of our questions quickly and efficiently. I was a little concerned about a lot of reviewers complaining about an overbearing Superintendent... we have 3 loud kids and we didn't have any issues. The condo is right across the street from kihei beach. You are on the ground floor so your kids have access to the beautiful green belt in the middle of the complex.

Lovely condo for family vacation

We were a party of 8, including 2 children, and this condo was perfect for our Maui vacation. The backyard area, pool, parking, proximity to the beaches and stores-- everything was convenient and perfect. The premises were also organized, clean & well-maintained. Highly recommended!

Great Location Plenty of Room

We were pleasantly surprised by the convenience of the location and the quiet, smooth and easy access to the room. We had 6 adults and planned on using all the beds including the bunk bed. There was plenty of room and the condo provided us with privacy because the bathrooms are located outside of the master and additional rooms making it easy for everyone to have separate access to the vanity and sink while the shower and toilet were occupied. Maybe this is not a big deal to some but with 5 women it was perfect. I only gave it four stars for cleanliness because I felt like it could have used a good scrubbing on baseboards and in tight areas...that's just something Im picky about. The other minor thing was that the bunk beds would probably be great for young people with healthy hips and back but the mattresses are very firm and we ended up trading each other nights on them because as adults it was uncomfortable. Not a deal breaker at all, just maybe don't plan on using the bunkbeds (even as roomy as they were) for adults. Overall, I would definitely stay here again and feel that the property was a huge WIN!

Great condo in perfect location

A great choice for a stay in Kihei. The condo was very clean on arrival, had plenty of towels including beach towels and the kitchen is well equipped for making your own meals. The BBQs in the pool areas are very clean and well maintained. There were 7 of us and we were very comfortable. Having the ground floor apartment felt like we had more space too.. the beach is right across the road and the condo has a beach trolley and plenty of beach chairs, sand toys and boogie boards too.

Location location location!

Our annual Maui vacation was absolutely amazing! The sun, surf, and sand was perfect! What made it even better was our 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo! We loved the beach/coastal theme it had. It really made it feel like home. And I can’t forget about the AC! It made the condo so breezy and just the right temperature after a long day on the beach. And my favorite part was the lanai leading to the garden. It was so pretty and relaxing—the way I could see the sunset and how it was a short walk to the pool and beach. I can’t wait to stay here again next year!

An almost perfect stay

This condo had everything our group of 8 needed. The kids enjoyed sleeping in bunk beds and used the boogie boards and sand toys provided daily. The adults loved the ground floor lanai where we spent every morning with our coffee. Unfortunately, I would not book this condo again. It seemed like many of the residents lived at the complex and they were not friendly. The kids couldn’t jump, splash or make noise in the pool. Quiet time is 10pm but we got 2 noise complaints, one at 630pm and another one a different day at 730pm when we were watching a movie with the kids. If you are travelling with kids, I would consider a more family friendly complex.

Excellent place to stay

We felt like we were at home. Nice place, beautiful decorations and also had stuff for the beach(chairs, umbrellas ice chest and more!) We will definitely stay here again when we are back in Maui!

Excellent condo, plenty of room, close to beach

We loved the property and our stay. We needed an extra parking space and had no trouble securing extra parking. Lots of fun beach toys too.

Great stay

Loved this condo! It was close to the beach and they provided everything we needed (beach chairs, umbrella etc…). It was also close to restaurants and shopping. It is a bit old but very comfortable. Would stay again!

Great location but unwelcoming neighbors

The condo was as expected from the listing and was a very short walk to the beach and nearby restaurants and shops. Our main complaint was that the community wasn’t as friendly towards renters and families in our experience. It seems to be an older community that didn’t love the idea of kids playing or even using the pool which made us a little uncomfortable the whole stay. We also had some issues with parking and checkin. For a condo marketed for up to 8 people, we were surprised to be charged for an extra parking spot and the visitor spots were extremely limited so it was a struggle to find parking.

Great location

Location was perfect. Beach is right across the street and there were several restaurants and cafes in walking distance. Beach was even frequented by sea turtles which my 3 year old loved. Unit was more then enough for five adults and two kids. Liked that the kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans, and everything you need to easily cook meals.

Amazing Unit and Location but Hodgepodge

The location is amazing. Literally across the street from the beech. This unit was on the first floor and my handicap mother could access it. The property was stocked with beach toys, chairs, and more. It also had plenty of dishes, random seasonings, etc. It worked perfectly for us. With that being said, it was a little hodgepodge. The pool/beach towels and tupperware were all different types and mismatched. So were the beach toys. There was cabinet of random food people had left behind. If you don't mind that, then it is a great unit.
