The beautiful beach, Kama'ole Beach Park II, is a one-minute walk from the condo front door to the sand! The large patio lanai is surrounded by lush tropical landscape. It is a picture-perfect setting to enjoy morning coffee, lunch or dinner. Ideal for your family vacation.

Full kitchen with dishes, cutlery, cooking utensils, oils, spices, condiments, and much more! Dining area, living room with window air conditioner, large flat-screen TV, and free basic cable channels. Secure Wi-Fi Internet for your devices 5G speed (400 Mb/s). * Please always review the property description and photos carefully before booking.
* Early check-in and late check-out must be requested in advance and is subject to availability.
* Unit is Privately-owned and is operated in full compliance with Hawaii law.
* Guests are subject to any future State of Hawaii tax increases.
* General Excise (GE) and Transient Accommodations (TA) taxes collected and submitted to the State of Hawaii.

Other Important Notes:
* Non-smoking in the condo, including lanai and hallways. A $500 fine + damage costs if violated. A designated outdoor smoking area is available.
* Guest will be charged for extra cleaning if the unit is left excessively dirty or damaged the unit beyond normal wear and tear.
* A $200 fee will be charged for the replacement of a lost key.
* Unauthorized early check-in or late check-out may incur an additional night's charge.
