Welcome to my home!
It's worth noting that the property is situated on a hill.
This charming 90 m² two-bedroom house in Porto is the ideal retreat for couples or small families looking for a comfortable and memorable stay.
Designed with an open-concept layout, the living area includes a comfortable sofa bed, a TV with access to your favourite shows, and a dining table for shared meals or relaxing evenings. Step out onto the inviting terrace, a perfect spot for outdoor dining or simply relaxing with a drink in the open air.
The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need to prepare delicious homemade meals, including a stove, oven, microwave, cookware, and cutlery. For your convenience, the house also has a washing machine, dryer, and ironing equipment to handle any laundry during your stay.
The master bedroom includes a queen-sized bed, an ensuite bathroom, and direct access to the terrace. The second bedroom is also equipped with a comfortable queen-sized bed. Both bedrooms have hotel-quality linens to ensure a peaceful night's sleep.
The two modern bathrooms are equipped with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries, offering everything you need for a hassle-free experience.
The house is always professionally cleaned for your comfort and convenience.

Please note that the property is located on a steep hill, which is inaccessible to cars. There is also ongoing construction, leaving the entire street dug up — making it unsuitable for anyone with mobility issues.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.
Campanhã is one of Porto’s oldest parishes and has recently undergone major revitalisation. It offers a genuine local vibe with traditional shops, bakeries, greengrocers, butcheries, and weekly markets like Feira da Vandoma, now held in Campanhã’s fairground area.
Urban renewal projects, such as the Lusada Alameda de Cartes park, Matadouro industrial complex, and Praça da Corujeira, are enhancing green space, sustainability, and pedestrian access.
Transport connections are excellent. Campanhã train station, a historic 19th‑century hub, provides access to local commuter, intercity, and high‑speed Alfa Pendular routes, and connects directly to the Metro network, including the Intermodal Terminal, buses, taxis, and bike facilities.
The property is easily accessible by public transport and by car.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 23-minute drive from the property.
This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.
Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
