Cabaña luminosa y alegre en el asentamiento de Hope Town, directamente adyacente al océano Atlántico, con sala de estar / comedor con sillones y sillas (sin cama plegable), dormitorio con cama de matrimonio, baño completo y cocina bien equipada. Magníficas vistas del Atlántico con el famoso faro Hope Town y el Mar de Abaco a pocos pasos. Abre tu puerta para caminar por la playa del Atlántico. Milla largas playas de arena rosa a izquierda y derecha. Aire acondicionado, Internet de alta velocidad, TV por cable, microondas, tostadora, licuadora, cafetera, tetera, etc. A poca distancia a pie del muelle de Ferry de la oficina de correos, comestibles (las tiendas locales cierran los domingos), cafetería, tiendas, restaurantes, excursiones de buceo / pesca. POSITIVE KARMA

I owned a home years ago on Elbow Cay so it was a return home for me! What was most rewarding was the immediate sense of serenity and beauty as we walked onto the virtual tropical garden of the compound with stepping stones winding a pathway to the quiet entrance to the cottage that sits right on the crest of the shoreline ridge promontory overlooking the sea and the reef system in front! Immediately a sense fo calm with the steady trade wind breeze blowing through the palm fronds of the surrounding palm trees. The cottage is perfectly appointed , simple and functional and offers a beautiful vista from the dining table all day of the sea. Nightime offered on our stay the rising full moon shimmering on the sea and later the grand vista of the milky way galaxy without city light glare. From the cottage the same easy stroll through the small walkways of Hope Town to Captain Jacks and cart trips to Tahiti Beach were the primary "adventures" to fill the day! A timeless place to truly savor and enjoy the beauty of the Bahamas, we will be back soon!

Cottage by the sea Elbow Cay

We spent 6 nights in this adorable cottage. It was clean, safe, quiet and in walking distance to town and ferry service. The kitchen was perfect. preparing some meals.

Paradise

First off our property manager, Lisa, was fantastic. She arranged for a taxi to meet us at the airport to take us to the ferry and another one to pick us up at the ferry and return to the airport. The house was well stocked and everything was explained to us when we got there. Lisa made sure we knew where the grocery stores were and that we had everything we needed before she left. The house sits right on the beach and we snorkeled out back every day. The dock for the ferry is literally a 3 minute walk and the town is about 6 minutes. It was very peaceful and beautiful yet there are plenty of things to do if you want to. We had such an awesome time that we have already booked for next year!!

Spectacular Location, just bring some supplies

We loved our week at Sunrise Tellin. The local property manager did everything possible to help us get settled in. The location right on the ocean and in the heart of Hope Town Settlement was idyllic. Is there a bit of rocky shoreline immediately in front of the property? Yes. Was it easy to walk north or south a hundred yards to get to wide, sandy beach? Yes. The beach north of the cottage was perfect and gives you about a mile of picturesque, unspoiled and quiet beauty. Get some basic essentials in Marsh Harbour when you come. The cottage lacked an adequate amount of toilet paper, no paper towels, no lighter for the gas stove, no dish detergent, no starter toiletries (only had one small bar of soap when we arrived). We get that supplies and groceries are hard to come by on Elbow Cay, and everything is expensive. It's just that our previous experience with VRBO's provided a lot more starter supplies and essentials. It didn't take away from the sheer enjoyment of the locale and the scenery, but we would have brought more basics if we had known to do so. The people of Hope Town were friendly and helpful. It was a wonderful week in paradise all in all. We recommend renting a golf cart so you can explore the large part of the island south of the main settlement.

Cozy Cottage in the Village

The location was tucked away and yet less than 50 yards from our gate to the hub of the Village . The view was a front row seat to the Atlantic Ocean . We sat on the Ocean deck in the evenings and watched the stars come out . Access to the beach was awkward but worth it to be pushed up so close to the Ocean .

We loved staying at Sunrise Tellin! Right on the beach so you get direct ocean access, so close to the dock so taking the ferry in and out was incredibly easy, and parking at the Post Office Dock was very convenient if you rent a Golf Cart. Lisa the property manager was STELLAR. She gave great advice and was very communicative. Awesome experience!

We were back to Sunrise Tellin again last week. It is a great spot for two seniors to relax and enjoy the quiet and the ocean. Lisa, the manager, was available for all of our needs. Ideal location in the heart of Hopetown, right on the water.

Sunrise Tellin

Sunrise Tellin is a wonderful spot for two guests in the heart of The Settlement. Right on the ocean. Morning sunrises and shady afternoons on the porch. Walk to beautiful beaches to the left and to the right. The outdoor shower was nice. We enjoyed our relaxing stay!

A Wonderful Cottage for Two

This place is fantastic for the beach lover couple. You listen to the waves as you fall asleep each night. When you open the picture window all you see is clear water. There are porches on both the East and West side so you can get as much or as little sun as you want. The kitchen is compact but able to handle full meals. The manager, Lisa is both attentive and efficient.

A true vacation!

The cottage was just the right size for 2! Location was superb and the people very friendly. Make sure you rent a cart to do some exploring. Capt jacks was our favorite place to eat out right on the harbor. Can’t wait for next year!

Incredible location

The Sunrise Cottage lives up to its name, with beautiful sunrises every morning while you sip your coffee on the porch. A luxuriously landscaped property is right off the beach, and just a few hundred feet from the ferry dock, Hope Town shops, and restaurants. The cottage is cozy, perfect for two. Well decorated and well stocked. The bedroom is bright in the morning and the gentle sounds of the waves are just audible through the new windows to help sooth you to sleep. There is A/C to keep you cool and everything you could need in the kitchen. Check in was a breeze with a local welcome. The Sunrise Cottage is a real gem!

Ocean Front Cottage Retreat

Perfect spot for a one week birthday celebration and get-a-way back to Hope Town. Amazing location, so private and Lisa Key very helpful from meeting our ferry to helping us find a golf cart to rent. Never got tied of watching the ever changing water.

Perfect Getaway for Two

This cottage was pure perfection. Everything you need for a quiet vacation for two and nothing you don’t. The beach front view is stunning and the property manager bent over backwards to make sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely come here again.

Peaceful Rest

Pros, If you are looking to find a way to find peace and tranquility. Hope Town is a cross between a Norman Rockwell picture and a Hallmark Movie (so I'm told by my wife). Quaint and quiet! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was neat and orderly, the location was right off the dock. The view and location was worth every cent. Couldn't have asked for a better place! Cons: (2 issues) The first issue we had was the wireless. Even though we were on vacation, this was a big deal for us, We own a company and still had daily issues we had to work on. The wireless never worked the entire time we were there. Had to use our hotspot on our phones. (Expensive, but unavoidable). Second issue was the loss of water. Electricity went off several times a day. That was not a problem. The pump, however, was. In order to get water back into the house, the water pump had to primed every time electricity came back on. We texted the manager to come show us how to get the pump primed, but no one ever showed up. Fortunately, I have been around this equipment most of my life and was able to prime it myself. Had I not been able to do so, we would have been without water for hours at a time. All-in-all, the trip was wonderful. Even with those two negative issues, we would return without hesitation. Loved Hope Town and the place we stayed. If you decided to go, rent a boat, over a golf cart. Boating around to the other Islands was the best part of our trip.
