Propiedad de lujo a poca distancia del Lodge at Pebble; Vistas al mar

Ubicado en el bosque de Del Monte, en el corazón de Pebble Beach, nos gustaría presentarle nuestra propiedad cerrada y aislada de 9000 pies cuadrados.

Esta casa de siete habitaciones, siete baños y medio con vista al mar ofrece lujo con un ambiente confortable.

El dormitorio principal en el nivel superior de la finca. Alberga una cama king size, chimenea, baño principal grande con vestidores adyacentes.

La propiedad cuenta con cinco habitaciones adicionales,. una es una gran habitación king con área de descanso, una suite tiene una cama queen size con patios privados y la tercera y cuarta habitación tienen dos camas matrimoniales, y una suite tiene dos camas gemelas o una king según su preferencia.

La casa de huéspedes está incluida en el alquiler de esta finca. Cuenta con una cama queen size, sala de estar con sofá cama, una pequeña cocina completa y baño privado con bañera profunda con ducha.

Los servicios de Bvlgari están incluidos en todos nuestros baños para su disfrute. Ofrecemos ropa de cama planchada que tiene un número mínimo de hilos de 500 y aguas de Fiji gratuitas en todas las habitaciones.

Las principales salas de estar de la casa ofrecen increíbles vistas al océano. Se ofrecen muebles grandes de gran tamaño para su comodidad en la sala de estar. It was fine but stairs to the first level, stairs (3) to the kitchen level no railings there! 3 stairs to primary bedroom but did have a hand rail! Fine for our family but we in our 80’s are worrird about falling on the concrete stairs to get to and from the firepit!!!! Host was great!!

Great Location. Nice House. Ten minute walk to Pebble Beach (just a few minute drive). The extra attached living space was great for a couple with an infant. Could use some kitchen cabinets as groceries had to be stored in the countertop in the main house.

Pleasant stay near pebble beach

Wonderful, spacious, luxurious rooms with private balconies. Very quiet and tranquil. Loved the fog in the trees in the morning. Also enjoyed the drive in and out on seventeen mile dr. Not really walking distance to anything but if you’re looking for a relaxing home base to explore from for retreat. This is it.

Perfection!

Our family of 9 stayed in this beautiful home to attend the AT&T tournament at Pebble Beach. Beibg so close to the event was a bonus for us to return to give the small grandkids their naps. The home had everything we needed. The linens and towels were top quality. The communication with the host was responsive and easy. I would highly recommend this home.

Great location and view and house

Great location, especially if you want to be around The Lodge at PB. Nice views of the bay as the property is on a hill. Nice bathrooms and home interior plus a nice bbq gas grill. Towels, linens and bedding were nice. FYI to reviewers considering: My recollection of the other showers including ours in the guest house was they were bathtub showers, not walk-ins, so if someone considering has mobility issues, know that it's pretty big step over into the tub.

Easy walk to the Lodge, easy drive to Carmel and Monterey

This is a very spacious home in a great location, close to the Lodge. Nice view of Stillwater Cove from the deck. Perfect for a golf outing with a large group of friends, especially if meals are eaten out (kitchen is minimally stocked). Jacci is very responsive. Lots and lots of locked cabinets and drawers, piano was unavailable and we could not get the hot tub to heat up.

Wow. Better than expected. Better than pictures.

We were a group of 14 family members celebrating 80th birthday of our mother/grandma. We made good use of all 7 bedrooms, each having its own bathroom. Jacuzzi worked great, kitchen was well stocked (but no salt...) and dining table had 14 chairs! There's a bar with wine coolers and ice maker. Host was by far the best I've worked with. We all loved the house. Highly recommended for a special get away.

Gorgeous property - top notch in every way

We had a large group (14+) that included 5 children. Everyone absolutely loved the property and the experience...in fact, we loved it so much that we rebooked it for a future trip. The house is expansive with incredible natural light, views and impeccable finishes. Location is close enough to Pebble Beach/17 Mile drive that you can walk it (although very uphill walking back). Jacci is an amazing host who immediately responded to any and all of our questions/requests. You will not be disappointed by this place.

Everything was over the top

I have stayed in many VRBO and other kinds of rentals in my 67 years. This one was my top 5. If I could give more stars I would. To the snack basket, extra kitchen towels, beautiful rooms and luxury bedding it was a wonderful stay. I would recommend this house to anyone. The view is worth the stay even if you do not go on the lake. Thank you for all your attention to detail.it sure makes for a great memory with family. We will be coming back.

Great Weekend

It was a little confusing that the property was not really a guest house. But rather the lower level of the home. A little confusing to have the kitchen divided from the dinning room. It would have been a problem if we had not been eating out all but on e meal. Just and FYI the doors lock but you do not need the key to get in but rather just turn the handel and the door unlocks. Experience at the house

The property was beautiful but we felt that the kitchen was lacking in certain essentials for preparing meals. Also several things in the house were not operational like the piano and we had to call a maintenance man to fix several things that were not working.

Prime Pebble Beach Location

If you are planning a trip to Pebble Beach, Carmel by the Sea, or just want to be on the Monterey Peninsula, you are not going to do much better than this property. Minutes from Ocean Ave in Carmel, Pebble Beach Golf Course, Poppy Hills Golf Course and of course 17 Mile Drive. We had six adults staying for a quick golf trip and wanted to be close to the course. We knew the booking was top notch, but were blown away with the level of luxury. The craftsmanship and design that went in to this property is incredible. Bedrooms all had there own bathroom on suite, beds and linens were as good as any luxury hotel I stayed in. The living space was perfect six and would begin to feel cramped with more than eight. Weather permitting there is an out door seating which was part of the 3 car drive. The kitchen wasn’t anything special but we had everything supplied that we needed. The host was very responsive to a simple inquiry we had during our stay and was a pleasure to work with before, during and after our stay.

Gorgeous Property, Management Needs ImprobSnt

The property and location are fantastic for a large group. The property management however, dropped the ball on a few things. We arrived early evening and the home was very cold so we had to find the thermostat. There were no instructions in the welcome binder for the thermostat so we had to contact property management to which they informed us there are 7 thermostats! Then we had to hunt for them all to turn the heating on. We went out for dinner and came back and it still wasn’t warm, the home took about 8 hours to warm up. Management should have taken care of this prior to our arrival. There was an ant problem in the guest house bathroom and she asked us to just spray them with clorox spray when I made her aware of it. Finally, the hot tub, which is beautiful, had a leak which we found out on our last day as it was i useable due to the water level dropping below the jets overnight. When I informed the property management she told me just to find a house and fill it up. Not exactly the customer service you expect when renting a property of this calibre. She left more to be desired. Other than those issues it was very clean and tidy and a beautiful place.

Thank you for your review. I do apologize as I did drop the ball and not ensure that the thermostats were turned on prior to your arrival. We have corrected that issue and please be assured that will not happen again. We do thoroughly inspect the property, the hot tub, etc. to make certain that everything is guest ready prior to arrival. Our property was professionally sprayed on February 3rd and it is performed quarterly. Unfortunately, our staff was unavailable to take care of the issue immediately and I tried to offer a solution until they could arrive the next morning. I am very sorry that I did not meet your expectations. It is our ultimate goal to make sure we provide excellence in customer service. Thank you very much for staying with us. Luxurious amenities are available for you. We have upgraded our property with Four Seasons mattresses in all of our guest rooms. We so provide one of the bedrooms with the full Four Seasons Bedding Ensemble as well. Should you like to upgrade all of the guest rooms and beds from standard linens to the Four Season Package, please let me know. There is a $99.00 per bed per night fee for the upgrade.
