Thanksgiving in Carmel

We had a wonderful time at Thanksgiving renting this house. The house is in a great location. It is very clean and was prefect for our family. Clelia is a joy to deal with when coordinating details of renting the house. I would definitely rent the house again.

Beautiful, well-appointed home, amazing location

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Pebble Beach. We loved hearing the waves crash, walking to the Pebble Beach market every morning for a coffee and a stroll along the putting green & shops. The kitchen was as well-appointed as I've ever experienced for a vacation rental. The beds were comfortable - the outdoor firepit was wonderful for evening wine & conversation. We had a family putting tournament on the expansive putting green. We can't wait to come back and soak up the magic of this place again soon!

Perfect Thanksgiving Getaway

We had an incredible Thanksgiving stay at this spacious and lovely home. It was perfect for our group, which included our adult children, their spouses, and our young grandson. The house was beautifully decorated, clean, comfortable, and truly had something for everyone. The kitchen was fabulous—fully equipped and perfect for preparing our holiday meals. We cherished the time spent together around the dining table, enjoying delicious food and great company.The house manager was absolutely wonderful. She went above and beyond, leaving us a stunning floral arrangement and bottles of prosecco as a thoughtful welcome gift. Her attention to detail made our stay feel even more special.The location was ideal. We loved exploring the breathtaking scenery of 17-Mile Drive, with its stunning views and abundant wildlife. We highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a memorable and luxurious family getaway.

1950 house

House looks like last update was 1950. Smelled terrible. Drapes falling apart. Bedding awful. Lots of food products from former guests. Who would eat their open packages. Gross….. fix this home up. It needs a total remodel. I think Bing Crosby died here and they didn’t change a thing.

I don’t think even an Aman hotel could provide this person a pleasant experience. This review is so far off the experience of every other group who has rented our home, including multiple professional golfers and their families for the AT&T, and also the 5-star review from the group who rented our home shortly after this renter's stay. The drapes mentioned in the master bedroom as "falling apart" had a small tear and were in process of being replaced, but unfortunately we couldn't control getting the custom order delivered prior to this renter's stay. We only open our home a few select weeks per year for guests, as the other times are completely occupied by us, including the day before this renter's arrival. Despite being given the owner's cell phone number, it's sad they decided to be a keyboard warrior after the fact, without ever calling me with any issues, and seemingly enjoyed their stay? Wow.

Great Thanksgiving

We stayed for the holiday and it was a great house. The location is right on 17 mile drive. While it is a bit of a drive into the neighborhood, it is very quiet and peaceful. Give yourself at least 15 minutes to get out of the neighborhood and use your navigation! With six people in the house it was very spacious; large enough to share the family space without feeling cramped.

We loved this house...it was immaculate, the beds and linens were great. It has large beautiful rooms, well furnished, and the kitchen was equipped with everything you could want. The owners were so easy to work with. We hope to book this again.

Outstanding Family Thanksgiving Retreat!

This was a wonderful way to spend family time at Thanksgiving in a marvelous setting. The house works really well for family cooking and dining around the large kitchen, followed by a glass of wine around the large outdoor fire pit and finished by relaxing in the family sized outdoor hot tub. The housekeeper does a great job getting the place ready and welcomes you as if it were your home. Fantastic experience that we highly recommend!

Superlative Experience

Anyone would be fortunate and thrilled to stay at this amazing home. It is stunningly appointed and comes with every amenity imaginable. It's a delight for entertaining, with a lovely layout and many indoor/outdoor nooks to enjoy. The rooms are grand and offer winter views of the ocean. The property manager was very warm and helpful and the owners were terrific about keeping us in the loop throughout the reservation process, and sharing their favorite places with us. I can't recommend this property more highly. What a gem!

This is the way to visit Pebble Beach. All the comforts of a wonderful home, inside and out. Minutes from everything you would want to experience on the peninsula. I plan to stay here every time I visit.

Great Place in Pebble Beach

We just got back from our stay at this house and we cannot wait to return! The house itself was extremely nice and very spacious. Everything there was top of the line. The home is just down the street from 17 Mile Drive where the Cypress Point clubhouse is located. So it is very close to both Pebble Beach and Spanish Bay and around the corner from some of the best ocean views I've ever seen. We had a group of couples and everyone had a great time. The guys played golf a couple of days and the wives enjoyed the spa and shopping in Carmel. Every restaurant we went to was excellent. The house accomodated all four couples nicely as each of the bedrooms had it's own bathroom. The kitchen was very spacious and there was a grill outside so we were able to cook in and eat together a couple of nights as well. The putting green was great for a friendly competition in the afternoon. I think the house was recently updated as everything seemed new. We will definitely be going back, either with another group of couples or with the family.

One of the Most Exquisite Homes We Have Ever Visited

My family and I often stay in 5 Star Hotels and rent high-end VRBO rentals. This Pebble Beach home is one of, if not the most beautiful homes we have ever stayed in. The first thing you will notice when staying at the house is it is on an incredible lot. It is situated on top of a hill, which gives you the feeling that you are staying at Pebble Beach all by yourself - you truly have the sensation there is nobody else within miles. The property is beautifully landscaped, there is a putting green, and many times we would see deer come through the yard. Sitting in the hot-tub at night or by the outdoor fire place and listening to the seals from Seal Rock barking in the distance is a magical experience. The house is outfitted with the very best accoutrements throughout. High ceilings, Spanish tiles, arched hallways, beautiful furniture, top of the line appliances, plenty of rooms and bathroom, and beautiful walk-out patios overlooking both the property, and the surrounding area. Our favorite item of all was the great outdoor fireplace, which on our stay was recently stocked with a new rick of cut wood. We would spend our nights out there with a glass of wine, as well as as the early mornings while enjoying a cup of coffee. Of course, you are close to Carmel, a multitude of golf courses, and several other activities within a short distance. If you are looking to stay near Pebble Beach or Carmel, and this home is available, you most certainly should give it a try.

Majestic!

what an amazing location with immediate access to beach front, golf, Carmel ... everything! the home was immaculate, spacious and so comfortable to come home to and relax - relax in the hot tub, by the fire pit, on the couch or the amazing putting green!! cant wait to go back ... this house is the perfect place to go and enjoy one of the most remarkable places on the coast!!
