Somos "lugareños" en Emerald Isle y nos complace hospedarte en nuestra acogedora casa frente al mar, Sea Star. Ya sea que esté buscando una escapada romántica, un lugar de encuentro divertido para la familia o un destino de pesca emocionante, ¡Sea Star es el lugar para estar! Esta hermosa cabaña del mar tiene dos lados separados, separados por un corredor al aire libre, para que su gran familia pueda vacaciones juntos, pero aún tiene momentos de privacidad.

Cada lado tiene capacidad para 9 personas en 4 amplias habitaciones, y cada lado tiene dos baños completos, uno en planta baja y otro en planta alta. Las cocinas en cada lado tienen todas las comodidades, y los muebles pintorescos y los colores ventosos traen la esencia de la orilla del mar adentro. The beach house was in a great location—close to everything we needed and perfect for a relaxing trip. Our family and friends had a fantastic time. The house was very clean and exactly as described in the listing. The hosts were awesome—friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate with. We’d definitely stay here again!

Fantastic duplex, well-equipped right on the beach

We rented both sides of the property for our family, best part was the deck that joins both sides. Clean, comfortable, short walk to the water and great location.

Family vacation

It had been several years since our family gathered for our traditional week long stay at the beach, We were very fortunate to be able to rent this property. It fit our group and it's varied needs perfectly. It is wonderfully located and amazingly stocked for any need. The owner communication was so superb. We hope to be able to visit once again soon. This is a perfect "on the beach" property and unhesitatingly highly recommend for anyone to rent and visit.

Wonderful Oceanside Duplex

We rented both sides of the duplex and it was such a wonderful trip. The owner was very responsive to every question and we absolutely loved our stay here. We were just steps from the water and we loved the convenience of being so close to the beach but our little ones could easily go back in and take naps. We loved waking up to the ocean breeze and watching the stars, storms and waves. All the basics were included at the home and even some extras we didn't expect. The location was close to town but still felt so private.

Great Oceanfront Property Location

This is a fantastic property. We rented both sides for an extended family vacation and everyone had a great time. The property is ideally located on the ocean side of Emerald Isle with your own private stairway to the beach. The property is clean, well maintained, with very comfortable beds and nicely appointed rooms. The upstairs oceanside bedrooms have a balcony with a spectacle view of the beach and ocean. The owner is readily available and helpful and will promptly reply to any of your questions. We will definitely be back to stay at this property again.

Great week!

My extended family booked both sides of the duplex. The location is great. Right on the water with an expansive, safe deck. We ate out there several times. The boardwalk to the beach is in good shape and makes everything easy. There is a foot washing station and outdoor shower head out near the beach for easy cleaning before coming in. The stretch of beach was wide, beautiful, and not at all crowded. We had beautiful weather and blue water all week. Both sides of the duplex are comfortable. Plenty of space. Very good wifi. There are a couple structural limitations to be aware of that cannot be changed. Only 2 bathrooms per side of the duplex. We wished we had a third with all of the kids at times. Also, there is shared laundry underneath the deck that you walk outside and in sand to access. It was fine for us since we rented both sides, and there is a shared schedule should you not rent both sides, but it lacks some convenience. It is nothing major, but just something to be aware of. We like to cook on vacation, and like most beach houses the place could use a bit more in the way of things like knives and utensils. It was adequately appointed though. The East duplex had a nicer, newer kitchen than the west. All of the furniture was very clean and comfortable, even if a bit older. The house was just easy and we had a great week without complaint. The owners made the stay to be honest with their responsiveness and extremely kind welcome. Would stay again.

Excellent location; great layout

Right on the beach. An uncrowded, beautiful beach with perfect water temps and waves. The house was perfectly laid out, giving us both communal and private getaway spaces. Extensive decks make it easy to enjoy the fresh air, views and surf sounds while relaxing. The beach is a ~30 second walk from the house. Kitchen has plenty of appliances and cookware to make meals for a crowd. Would highly recommend!

2020 Beach Vacation!

16 folks from three States, had a very enjoyable time! Enjoyed both sides of the property which offered plenty of room with gorgeous views and easy access to the beach!

Amazing property and location

Took our kids to Emerald Isle for a wedding and we got this great beach house to share with family. We rented both sides which was key! We were able to put the kids to sleep on one side and we could stay up and still visit on the other side without disturbing their sleep. Also, having 2 full kitchens was great. You have a huge deck that overlooks the ocean and it is literally footsteps to the beach. There is your own shower and rinsing spot right as you come back to deck. There were extras(bodyboards, umbrella, and kid sand toys). Property owner was fabulous with communication, responsiveness, and very helpful with all the details. Highly recommended staying there and we will return and stay again on our next visit

Really good parking, beach access was very good. Interior was nicely decorated.

As a beach property it could have used an enclosed outdoor shower, and it would have been nice during our very rainy week to have had the covered deck to have been waterproof. But overall we all enjoyed our stay and I would recommend renting both sides for a family vacation.

Had a great time and house was nice!

The house was neat and clean. Very comfortable. The AC had a problem on the East Side however the owner was right on top getting the problem fixed. The location and the oceanfront view is spectacular. Would rent this house again without hesitation.

Clean,well equipped,great location 100% delighted with Sea Star

We rented both sides for our family reunion in July 2018. Sea Star was perfect for this. Very clean and easy. King rooms were amazing, opening up to a fabulous deck from which we could see way down the beach and super star gazing at night. Decks were spacious and well equipped with sturdy wooden deck chairs. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need to prepare all meals, nice size refrigerator and a top freezer that worked like a top. Awesome feature was the ease of access to both beach and the house. The number of overall steps were the fewest we have ever encountered in our years of beach house renting. This made it particularly appealing as we could walk right out of the Livingroom onto deck and down to the beach with very few stairs. Keyless entry was a big bonus, no need to drive to the rental company to get or take keys back.Beds were comfortable with extra pillows and blankets. The décor was very nice!! No pantry. Helen was a dream to work with, always answered right away when we were in the planning stages. We will rent here again for certain if it is available. OH...also a Loggerhead turtle came up on the beach one night while we were there and laid her eggs, very exciting. This is by far, the best rental fit for our large family we have ever rented and this was our 8th time doing this reunion!

Perfect place to stay!

There were 17 of us for an infrequent family reunion and we had a wonderful time. The place was PERFECT for us! We were able to rent BOTH sides. With shared upper and lower decks we were able to mingle easily. The beach was nice and close...no long walks over dunes to get there. Loved having 2 oceanside king bedrooms per unit. The furnishing were attractive and comfortable. The owner was very responsive to our e-mails and questions. No pantry but a well stocked kitchen. This is a place that we would gladly rent again.

Best Rental Yet!

We rented both sides of the condo for our large family and easily had plenty of space for everyone. The views from the deck are breathtaking and being right on the beach was wonderful. The property was well-maintained and was described perfectly by the homeowner. Our family had a fabulous time and we would definitely rent again and recommend the Sea Star to anyone ! Thank you!
