Adorable cottage located just across from the fishing pier in Beachwalk Resort. Sit out on the deck and enjoy the sun rise or take a short walk to the beach for sunset. Perfect setting for a couple. Need more space add the main house, Summer Wind.

This lovely little guest house is a wonderful choice for those looking for a perfectly relaxing beach getaway. It has a delightful deck to sit out on and relax or do some grilling. Small families or couples will love this space to call home at the beach. One bedroom and one bathroom special features are in the bathroom; with its heated floors, heated towel bars, and tub.

Professionally managed means peace of mind during your stay. Front desk associates, housekeeping and maintenance staff are nearby should you need anything during your stay. It’s your vacation, we are here to ensure you enjoy it.

4ft heated pool*, toddler pool, basketball court*, tennis court, bocce ball court, shuffleboard, Sandcastle playground, putting green, paddle boarding and kayaking*, catch and release fishing. Parking Passes ($5 each) and Wristbands ($15 each) are required for all guests ages 4 and up mid-May through September.

Breezy Point rents with a 7 night minimum with check-in and check-out on Sunday in peak season mid-June to mid-August.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property and amenities are nice. I think your experience here depends on the specific property you’re staying in. Ours was nice but between the ant infestation, sewage smell, and neighbors who didn’t observe the property’s quiet time, I’m not sure we’ll be back.

Wonderful stay in early November!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay at Beachwalk in MI City, IN. The location is perfect! We were able to walk to Lake MI, walk along the beach right in front of Beachwalk community. Our rental, Breezy Point, was perfect for two people. It was immaculate, well supplied, and comfortable. Arrival was very easy. Parking was right outside our front door.Michigan City was charming, easy access to Indiana Dunes State Park, and several nature preserves that offer easy walking trails. We would highly recommend a stay at Beachwalk. During our November visit we had good weather, cool but sunny and few other tourists. Thank you!

Great family trip!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stumbled upon Michigan City/Beachwalk neighborhood in late June and enjoyed it so much that we came back and booked this rental for Labor Day. We loved the central location, the space, etc. Our kids slept great on the pull out couch as did we in the bedroom. The heated floor tiles in the bathroom were a great plus. Our one complaint was the ants mostly in the kitchen area. I expected ants, because they were a small issue at our last private rental within the same neighborhood, but these were in abundance and pretty frustrating this time even when keeping the kitchen spotless. Thankfully, we grilled most of our dinners and spent most of our time enjoying the community/activities and Lake Michigan. I wanted to be upfront and honest about our experience, which included that one minor negative— the rest of the rental unit and experience was amazing! Great location close to fishing pier, kayaking (which we did 3 times), pool, tennis courts, and beach! The community staff were great to deal with, friendly, and had open lines of communication. They didn’t hesitate to answer my 1000 questions before arrival. Our kids loved this location better than our other stay because it also gave them space to scooter around and hangout outside everyday. We will definitely be back and would stay at this rental again! We love Beachwalk and Michigan City area.

Breezy getaway

Fantastic accommodations. Great space, cozy but large enough to not be cramped. Nice use of space. Anything you need, you’ve got. Very relaxing view of the pond from the balcony.
