Nicest beach in Marbella is 5 minutes walking, Puente Romano tennis club, restaurants, night clubs and ammenities are 5 min walking also. Property comes with 2 parking spaces plus there is another space at the door of the property. In puente romano, by the tennis club there is also a reasonably big parking lot where it isnt difficult to park in if needed. There is a bus stop 3 min walking from the house with 7 bus lines that go to Marbella town or puerto banus. All car hailing companies (Uber, Bolt, Cabify) work very well also
