Being everything at ground level, direct access from most spaces of the villa is granted to the beautiful private garden with grown up palm trees, pine trees, giant yuccas and some other species. A large private pool, finished in white and filtered with skin-friendly salt system will offer opportunity to relax on the provided sunbeds.

Great dining and cooking area with everything you can expect for a luxury stay. The stunning kitchen is fully equipped and opens up to a cosy patio that adds light, air and comfort to the cooking experience. The terrace includes separate dining, living and relaxing areas, as well as a full-size gas BBQ.

Privileged location, 5 minute walk to the beach, 10 minute walk to restaurants and services at Cabopino port, 10 minute drive to Marbella downtown and some of the most iconic golf courses in Costa del Sol. Easy access to the key spots in the area is facilitated as the villa is close to A7, the main domestic road that goes along the coast.

The villa offers top privacy for your vacation, and it is accessed through a gate that opens to a space in the front of the house where 2-3 cars can be easily accommodated. A walking door in the south of the property will be your choice for the short walk to the beach.

Hi speed wifi is available and every bedroom is equipped with a 42'' Smart TV so that you can stream from your mobile or tablet any of your favourite web based contents. The lounge opens to the terrace, patio and kitchen, and it is equipped with a 85'' Smart TV for your family cinema or ambient music.

Top quality bed linen, towels and pool towels are renewed weekly, and a 4-hour weekly cleaning service is included for rentals of a minimum of two weeks.

The villa is well maintained by english and spanish speaking people, and you will have our phone number for a quick reaction should there be anything not up to your liking.
No pets allowed, the property is non-smoking, but you may smoke outdoors by the garden/pool area.

Very safe area, but for your peace of mind the villa is also equipped with an alarm system that you may use during your stay.
