The property was a beautiful rustic villa

traditionally equipped. The setting of it was perfect: Mountain views one way views of the old town the other (the pictures on the listing don’t do it justice). Multiple lovely outdoor seating areas, and great pool that was a good size. Would stay again if visiting the area!

We absolutely loved our weekend stay in Alcudia

The house is huge with a beautiful yard for kids to enjoy. The location could not be better, you can see the old city walls from the house so it's a very easy walk into the old town. Very well equipped kitchen for cooking meals and lots of lovely spaces to relax and chill out, both indoors and outdoors. We would love to return again, thank you!!

We had a lovely stay.

The house is beautiful and charming and despite being right next to the historic centre of Alcúdia it feels as if you’re in the middle of nature. Birds singing, a beautiful garden, a pool. Kitchen etc. had everything you need. We loved it and would absolutely recommend.

We stayed at a property in Alcudia and it was a wonderful experience.

The accommodation was beautiful, very spacious, and fully equipped with everything we needed for our stay. It had everything necessary for cooking, relaxing, and simply enjoying time at home without having to go out. We felt comfortable from the very beginning. The team at Home Villas 360 were also incredibly helpful and supported us with anything we needed. We had an amazing time and would definitely stay with them again!

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful villa

The location is perfect the villa is just a couple of minutes walk outside of the Alcudia town walls and has a superb view of the countryside and nearby mountains. It is very peaceful despite being so close to the town and feels very private. The house itself is gorgeous with a rustic feel, the pool is a great size and there are plenty of places to sit and relax outside. The lawn is lovely with flowers and palm trees all around it. The table tennis table and darts board were a great addition. The hosts were helpful and gave very clear instructions for finding and checking in and out of the property. They were also responsive when we had questions. The villa was the highlight of our trip and we are very glad we chose to stay here.

We had an amazing few days at this property managed by Home Villas 360. From the very beginning, their service was excellent – always attentive and ready to help with anything we needed, which made our stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. The place is spacious, cosy, and fully equipped – ideal for not having to leave the house. We enjoyed some of the best family barbecues, and the beautiful weather combined with the pool created the perfect setting to relax and unwind. Without a doubt, it's the ideal spot to spend quality time, rest, and create unforgettable memories. We’ll definitely be coming back!

A perfect villa for an unforgettable holiday in Alcúdia ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We were absolutely delighted with our stay at this beautiful estate. The location is ideal – just a few minutes’ walk from the old town of Alcúdia, yet in a very peaceful area. The garden is stunning, with a large saltwater pool, plenty of sun loungers, a barbecue area and a covered terrace perfect for enjoying the outdoors. The interior is modern, spotless and very comfortable, with air conditioning in all the bedrooms. Everything is well equipped, and you can really tell that care has been taken with every detail – from the welcome basket to the attentive host, who was always available for any queries. Perfect for familiesgroups looking to relax and soak up the Mediterranean atmosphere. We wouldn’t hesitate to come back!

Tuvimos una experiencia excelente en la villa Sa Portassa.

La casa es muy amplia y cómoda, perfecta tanto para descansar como para compartir en grupo. Cuenta con varios salones espaciosos, una cocina enorme y completamente equipada, ideal para quienes disfrutan cocinar durante las vacaciones. La ubicación también es ideal: está en Alcudia, muy cerca del pueblo, lo que nos permitió disfrutar de la tranquilidad sin estar lejos de tiendas, restaurantes y otros servicios. Uno de los mayores atractivos fue la increíble piscina, perfecta para relajarse y pasar el día. Además, la zona de barbacoa resultó ideal para nuestras comidas al aire libre. Un punto extra es que pudimos trabajar cómodamente desde la villa, ya que los espacios eran tranquilos y bien acondicionados para ello. En resumen, Sa Portassa superó nuestras expectativas. Es una villa perfecta para unas vacaciones en grupo o en familia, combinando comodidad, espacio y buena ubicación. ¡Muy recomendable!

Schöne Villa am Stadtrand von Alcudía

Alles top sauber mit wohlfühl Atmosphäre. Innenbreich: Die Zimmer waren super: Bequeme Betten, Klimaanlage und mit Schränken und Kommoden. Die Oberen zimmer haben zugang zur Dachterasse. 2 Badezimmer sorgten dafür, dass man sich als gruppe nicht in den Weg kommt. Die Küche is modern und ausreichend eingerichtet (Induktionsherd/Spülmaschine/Mikro/Ofen). Grundlagen wie Gewürze/Öl mussten wir bei ankunft selbst besorgen. Mir persönlich hätte lediglich eine Auflaufform gefehlt um den Ofen auch nutzen zu können. Außenbereich: Der Pool war gut gepflegt und sauber. Auf der Terasse und um die Villa befinden sich zahlreiche bequeme sitzmöglichkeiten. Generell bietet das anwesen viel Platz für aktivitäten und entspannung. Es war Platz für mind. 3 Autos. Wir sind mit Kindern angereist und extra gegenstände wie Bett und Hochstuhl wurden uns gestellt. Alles in allem ein Top Aufenthalt mit guter moderner Kommunikation! Gerne wieder!

Nur wenige Schritte von der Altstadt von Alcúdia entfernt und mit hervorragendem Zugang zu Stränden, Geschichte und Freizeitmöglichkeiten, bietet sie das Beste der Insel mit höchstem Komfort. Die Innenräume sind modern und funktional eingerichtet, mit voll ausgestatteter Küche, Klimaanlage, Waschmaschine, Fernseher – alles, was man braucht, um sich wie zu Hause zu fühlen. Im Außenbereich sorgen ein großzügiger Garten mit privatem Pool, überdachter Terrasse und Grill für unvergessliche Momente. Mit Platz für bis zu 8 Personen und einem Design, das auf Erholung und gemeinsames Beisammensein ausgerichtet ist, war sie die perfekte Wahl für unsere Gruppe. Der Service war tadellos und professionell. Eine absolut empfehlenswerte Unterkunft, um Mallorca stilvoll und komfortabel zu genießen.

Exzellenter Aufenthalt in Sa Portassa

Mein Aufenthalt in Sa Portassa war absolut wundervoll. Die Villa ist riesig und sehr komfortabel, was sie perfekt für unsere Gruppe gemacht hat. Obwohl wir mehrere Personen waren, haben wir uns nie beengt gefühlt, da die Villa so viele Räume bietet, dass wir uns bei Bedarf problemlos aus dem Weg gehen konnten, und gleichzeitig gab es genügend Bereiche, um gemeinsam Zeit zu verbringen. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet, was es uns ermöglichte, leckere Mahlzeiten zuzubereiten, und der Pool war ohne Zweifel ein Highlight des Aufenthalts. Wir haben es sehr genossen, uns zu entspannen und Spaß in der Sonne zu haben. Auf jeden Fall eine unglaublich geräumige, komfortable Villa, die alles bietet, was man für einen perfekten Urlaub braucht. Absolut empfehlenswert!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Ein unvergesslicher Aufenthalt

Die Villa ist perfekt gelegen, ganz in der Nähe der Altstadt von Alcúdia, und bietet dennoch absolute Ruhe. Der Garten und der große Salzwasserpool schaffen eine traumhafte Atmosphäre, ideal zum Entspannen. Wir haben die Abende auf der Terrasse, Tischtennis und den Grill sehr genossen. Das Innere ist modern, sehr sauber und komfortabel, mit allem, was man braucht. Die Schlafzimmer sind geräumig und klimatisiert. Der Gastgeber war sehr aufmerksam, mit guter Kommunikation und netten Details wie einem Willkommenskorb und kostenloser Babyausstattung. Ein perfektes Haus, um sich zu erholen, Zeit mit der Familie zu verbringen und das mediterrane Flair zu genießen. Wir würden ohne zu zögern wiederkommen!
