Each guest will be asked to complete a pre-check-in form prior to arrival and be asked to share a form of governmental identification, Passports are required for non UK residents and UK drivers licence or passport is required for UK nationals.

This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise, and will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

With City Relay, We offer an in person assisted check-in where one of the team will meet you at the property to hand over the keys and give you a quick tour of the property. Should you wish, there is an option of self check-in which usually means collecting your key from a local Key Nest location close to the property.

Guests must leave the property in the same state as when they checked in.
