Welcome to AZULIS Aramis, an exceptional three-bedroom villa in Golfo Aranci where Mediterranean elegance meets contemporary architectural clarity. Designed for guests who value space, light, and a sense of calm, this villa offers 226 square meters of refined living for up to eight guests, supported by full in-house service by Rental12. Aramis forms part of the Villas Dumas collection, developed in partnership with Lion Development, and reflects a thoughtful balance between design, comfort, and coastal living.
Life at Aramis naturally unfolds between indoor and outdoor spaces. The private pool with jetstream system sits at the heart of the villa’s outdoor area, creating a space for both relaxation and gentle exercise. From here, the villa opens upward and outward, culminating in a panoramic rooftop terrace with open views over Golfo Aranci. This upper level is designed for unhurried moments, from sunset aperitifs to relaxed evening gatherings, offering privacy and a strong connection to the surrounding landscape.
The main living and dining area is bright and open, conceived to flow easily between spaces. Large openings connect the interior with the terrace and pool area, allowing natural light to shape the atmosphere throughout the day. At the center of this space is a fully equipped custom CREO kitchen, finished with high-quality materials and modern appliances, suitable for both everyday use and shared meals with family or friends. Adjacent dining and lounge areas allow the villa to adapt effortlessly to different rhythms, whether social or quiet.
For moments of entertainment or additional privacy, the villa includes a separate TV and game room, furnished with a Smart TV and a king-size sofa bed. This space works well for families, groups of friends, or anyone seeking a second living area without disturbing the main lounge.
Each of the three bedrooms is designed as a private suite. All feature king-size beds, ensuite bathrooms, and generous walk-in or through closets. The design emphasizes softness and simplicity, with neutral tones, carefully chosen materials, and a layout that promotes rest and privacy. Premium linens, custom pillows, and high-quality towels complete the experience, ensuring comfort without excess.

The beach is approximately 200 meters away, while cafés, restaurants, and the marina are all close by.
