Villa Fisi & Wellness is a two-story property with a total area of 180 sq.m., designed with a modern, elegant, and themed style. Featuring five unique bedrooms, the villa comfortably accommodates up to 14 guests, offering a spacious, comfortable, and fully equipped environment ideal for families and large groups. It combines relaxation with luxury and provides meal preparation facilities, wellness experiences, and complete privacy.

Ground Floor
Upon entering the ground floor of Villa Fisi & Wellness, you will find an open-plan, functional living space that includes a lounge area and a fully equipped kitchen with branded appliances, breakfast counter, dining area, and a 42” smart TV.
From this area, guests have direct access to the terrace, the private pool, the BBQ facilities, and all outdoor amenities.

The ground floor includes:

Boho Room: King-size bed, private bathroom with bathtub, A/C, smart TV, wardrobe, direct access to the terrace.

Dream Room & Safari Room: Two bedrooms with A/C, TVs, wardrobes, and a shared bathroom with a bathtub.

First Floor
Heading up to the first floor, guests find a second open-plan area with a lounge, a fully equipped kitchen, and access to the large terrace, which features an outdoor jacuzzi and a sitting area with a view.

The Nature Room & Black Sea Room: Two bedrooms with king-size beds, A/C, TVs, wardrobes, and direct access to the terrace.
