Villa lungolago es nombrado como tal ya que está situado justo en la orilla del lago a lo largo de la carretera panorámica que conecta Bellagio a Lecco, a tan sólo 10 km del centro de Bellagio. La villa con piscina privada está bien situado para excursiones de un día en coche o en ferry para cruzar a la orilla opuesta a los otros pequeños pueblos junto al lago. (Hay un servicio de ferry al puerto de Bellagio, a solo 500 m de la villa). La villa cuenta con un solárium privado adosado directamente en la playa, accesible al cruzar la calle.
Esta terraza privada confortable, totalmente equipada con tumbonas y sombrillas, tiene acceso directo a la playa y del lago. La villa y la piscina vallada (agua salada - 4x8, ideal para niños) ofrecen vistas inolvidables del lago que se extienden hasta el lado opuesto del lago con las pintorescas montañas alpinas que se hunden abruptamente hasta el lago. Rodeado por un gran jardín bien cuidado y árboles altos, la villa cubre tres niveles de terraza. El interior ha sido reformado recientemente y la villa tiene aire acondicionado. Wonderful stay

We had a great multigenerational stay at this house. Owners are wonderful! It’s a quieter side of the lake but we found it easy to get into Bellagio and to other parts around the lake.

Large family vacation so we had all 3 apartments. It was perfect. Check in was great with Mario. Location has a beach and restaurant right next door. Kids loved the pool. Rooms were clean and there was plenty of space for everyone. Especially enjoyed the large table on the balcony over looking the lake. AC worked great and was needed. Very warm while we were there at the beginning of June. Highly recommend this property!

Fun and happy times at Oliveto Lario

This is a well managed and beautiful villa located steps from the lake. The property is well managed and the manager is very responsive. The bus stop is right outside and the ferry is only 10 minutes away on foot. There is a restaurant right next to the villa and some that are close by near to the ferry. The views are amazing and we had a great time!!!

Wonderful accommodations

This property is 3 separate units that we rented all three. College age granddaughters enjoyed the upstairs unit. The middle level has a wonderful outside area over looking Lake Como. We spent most evenings out on this veranda playing cards after a long day exploring the areas around Lake Como.

Great stay in Onno on Lake Como

Big house ( actually 3 separate units) with a pool. Immaculate. On the road in the tiny town of Onno. overlooking the lake- so there was definitely road noise. Other than that very pleased with the location - at a bus stop, 5-10 minute walk to ferry, cafe, great pizza and pasta restaurant. Has a private beach on the lake just across the road. Good parking. Great challenging 2 hour hike just behind the house. Definitely recommend it.

Family reunion in beautiful Lake Como

This was an amazing property....i was a little nervous because it seemed so reasonably priced compared to other properties os similar size and amenities. The house was perfect - had plenty of room for our whole group to have places of quiet when a needed break and enough room for all to be together. The pool was big with ample lounging. The lakeside deck and chairs were an added bonus i wish we had taken more advantage of. Our hosts were very attentive to all of our needs including helping us plan a 40th anniversary renewal mass at an adorable local church. Highly recommend

Great multi-family house

The house was very enjoyable, with quick access to the lake and local restaurants. The balconies offer stunning views across lake Como. The salt water swimming pool was terrific, especially since we were there during a heatwave. Also thanks to Mario, who was very friendly and attentive.

AMAZING VILLA ON LAKE COMO

This villa is called Villa LungoLago (along the lake) because it overlooks Lake Como! From the terrace you can indeed enjoy this crazy view, in a moment of relaxation or during lunch / dinner (because on the terrace there is space for a large table!). The villa is divided on several levels, each of which is equipped with every comfort and living areas more intimate, compared to the larger one, where you can enjoy moments of meeting with your group.

Great Villa!!

The lake has become one of my favorite destinations of recent years: after having been on Lake Garda last year, this year we opted for Lake Como. Looking on the internet we came across this beautiful villa that seemed to be right for us. First of all, having a pool at home is always fantastic, it seems to be in a movie! the kids had fun like crazy and the best thing for me is that the pool is salt water, so our children have not even come into contact with chemicals. The area is very quiet and private, although it was high season when we stayed at the villa, we were able to enjoy the tranquility that you are looking for on holiday. the beach is really close by, but two, literally! The house is in fact equipped with a private beach, where you can comfortably place the deckchairs! If you want to move a little instead, the destinations reached from here are several: for those who have never been in zone certainly recommend Lecco and Como, two other cities on the sea really delicious! Thank you Sabrina who directed me to this beautiful house in which we spent a beautiful holiday! Thanks Sabrina, thanks Villa & Charme!

Literally on the lake!!

This truly “beach villa “ is the ideal location for an holiday at Lake Como , far from the noise and crowds of central Bellagio This place was the perfect solution for our extended family and the 3 children (2, 4 and 6 years old) we had with us. Hightlights a safe pool and the access to a private solarium on the beach. There is also a large covered terrace to eat outside all together in front of the lake: what a view! Considered the ages of our children we didn’t want to move too much, but from the Villa there are many nice trip I hope to make the next time (Milan and Switzerland, overall). Thanks to Villa & Charme for finding me this solution! See you next year!

Amazing holiday on the lake!

We spent one week in Lungolago Villa and had the best time! It's a wonderful house, fully equipped (dish washer, oven, microwave, washing machine…) in a beautiful neighbourhood, overlooking the Como lake. We were three families and that worked well! The pool and terrace are great, and we used the outdoor bbq a few times during our stay. The indoor dining table hosted 12 people without a problem. The design of the house is great, with natural flow of air through the house. When we arrived, everything was perfect, very clean and the bedding and towels fresh! We had excursions to Lecco and Milan and to a few of the nice villages around the lake. We would love to come back! Thanks to Villa & Charme for this wonderful stay.

Lovely villa on the lake!!

This was a great Villa for lots of people. There were many areas for all our group to spread out. We used the pool for a few days, before starting visiting the surroundings, and enjoyed lounging in the sun. The pool area is provided of many lounge and beach chairs, in fact. We also utilised the BBQ area many times and enjoyed some dinners outside in the wonderful lake-view terrace. In general, the views were stunning and the sunrises spectacular: I fell in love with Bellagio. We also had children with us and the salted water pool is very safe. I want to personally thank Sabrina who guided me in the choice of this villa, it fit all our wishes and necessities. Look forward to contact you again for the next year! 😊

SUPER SUGGESTED!!!

We had a fantastic stay at this Villa. It's so well organized on three floors, impeccably clean and if I could give six stars for my experience I definitely would. I can honestly say this property was everything we hoped for. Ample space and privacy for all the guests. The highlight of the Villa are surely the lake-view terrace and the pool, not that big, but pretty nice and in a quiet place, hidden by the trees. The location is simply perfect: in a few minutes walking you are already in the village and the beach lake is just crossing the road. If you like to visit the surroundings, some villages and cities are also easily reachable by ferry, we went to Bellagio and Menaggio, for instance. I left a piece of my heart in this magical place! Super suggested.

Wonderful experience at Lake como!

It’s the second time I rent a villa through Villa & Charme: last summer I went in Tuscany, but for this winter holidays I preferred to visit a new part of Italy so, I decided for this villa, that seemed to be perfect for my necessities. The villa is in a central position to the village, near to the shops, the restaurants and the supermarket, but at the same time it is in a calm district, where you can enjoy your privacy and the lake view. Given that we went there with our two children and my elderly mum we were searching for something close to the village centre, if we may ever need something. Then, we have been very lucky: the weather we found during our week was good and the temperature was kind of warm, so we had the chance to walk many times on the lakeshore and appreciate the stunning landscape this part of Italy offers. The villa has also a very nice pool we could not use because of the season, of course, but I am already envious of the people who are going to rent this place for the next summer…Chilling on a deck chair, enjoying the lake breeze while reading a booking. Maybe it deserves a comeback in summer too!!

View with a personal touch!

The location, the accommodation, the weather and the local people: everything made this a memorable stay at Lake Como. Thank you, Sabrina, for finding this place! You made us feel like visiting family friends! The accommodation was great. The location on the lake is stunning, absolutely to die for! This is it! Close to everything but tucked quietly away for peace and tranquillity. What a find! A real Gem! Perfect for everyone. Gorgeous balcony views. With the warm breeze coming off the lake each night we slept with the doors open - perfect. No need for a car. The ferry and the local bus were great fun. Food from the market was great, especially the chops! Owners were wonderful hosts that made us feel like part of their family, very welcoming and warm people who went out of their way to ensure their guests were comfortable and had everything they needed. The holiday rental is run more like a 5 star hotel than a holiday rental and we did not expect to receive the service we were given. Outstanding accommodations in every way. We'll be back for sure!

5 stars villa at Lake Como

A hard one to review this ... Villa & Charme managers couldn't have been more helpful from the booking through to the stay. The villa has a superb view of Lake Como, and easy access to the boat ferry service (not too many ferries stop but get the timing right and you're fine). The best value is the access. Very easy access to the villa, the village within walking distance and 3 parking space inside the property. The villa is perfectly comfortable, well equipped and maintained, on the lake shore (just a road to go across) if not luxurious, but in that great location you will be spending your time sat outside rather than inside anyway. Good swimming in the lake, The pool is perfect for our family needs. A 5 stars villa and many thanks to Sabrina for a great holiday :-)

The villa we stayed in Lungolago was amazing (we hired the whole villa – all 3 levels) – it surpassed our expectations. It was spotlesslessly clean, amazing interior, huge social areas and location was fantastic. Loads of extras were provided that we weren’t expecting eg pool towels (it would be useful to show them on your list as extras included). The owner called in a few times to make sure everything was OK. He was a lovely Italian gentleman. Very polite. Directions to the villa were perfect. It was a fantastic villa in a stunning location. Just a shame we only had a week. Thanks for the opportunity to give feedback. Hopefully we will be returning to Italy one day. Julie

An amazing place

I have to apologize for the late review. We are a group of friends from all parts of Australia and England who made a date to meet in Lake Como for a wonderful holiday together in September 2014. Pictures cannot describe how lovely this villa really is! Not only is it clean and comfortable , it is in a great location. We were a short walk from restaurants as well as a short drive from Bellagio. The owner, Mario, provides you with ample information about the area and local attractions & restaurants as well as contacts for groceries and such. We had an amazing experience relaxing on the terrace, swimming in the pool and lake, and experiencing life as the locals do. To this day, my 9 and 7 year old children say the best part of visiting Italy was "The Villa" and I couldn't agree w/ them more! We would not hesitate to stay here again if the opportunity should arise. Many thanks to Sabrina for renting this villa and allowing us to stay in such an amazing place.

The lakefront location is wonderful!

First, the photos and description are more than fair and accurate. We arrived and were pleasantly surprised! The lakefront location is wonderful. Nothing like walking out in the morning with an espresso to enjoy a view of Lake Como while your children play outside in the fresh air. The house is well equipped and comfortable. The kids really had fun in the pool and on the playground! Finally, I cannot say enough good things about the owner, Mario He was so helpful and friendly, was always available if needed and I know he could have answered any question or helped in any situation that could have come up. Cannot wait to return next year!
