As you stroll through the streets, you'll feel a sense of awe and wonder as you soak in the architectural beauty surrounding you. Speaking of beauty, take advantage of the picturesque views of the River Thames, which gracefully flows through the neighbourhood. You can take a leisurely walk along the riverbank or even hop on a river cruise to enjoy the scenic vistas of London's skyline. Please be advised that some noise disturbances may occur during this period. Access to the courtyard generally will be at the discretion of the Site Management, given the particular activities at the time. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.

∗Please note that JOIVY is not responsible or liable for any lost, misplaced or stolen items during guest stays.
∗Please note that а refundable damage deposit of £250 is mandatory and should be paid via card and before check-in. We inspect the property after you check out; if there is no damage, we refund the deposit within 2 days via bank transfer.
∗Please note for the duration of the work, there will be noise level from 09:00 to 18:00 coming from Penthouse. At the time of writing work is scheduled to commence from 19th january 2026 to provisionally end 4th March 2026. This would affect guest experience staying.
