The entrance to Houseboat Lady Jane is conveniently located at street level. Upon entering through the main entrance, you will find yourself in a hallway providing access to all areas of the houseboat, including the kitchen, living room, bathroom, and bedroom.

The living room is beautifully furnished, featuring a comfortable sofa and a round dining table, both positioned to enjoy stunning canal views. From the living room, you can access a spacious terrace equipped with a table and chairs, perfect for relaxing outdoors. The livingroom also includes a flat-screen TV with cable channels and complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.

Security Deposit for Longstay Tenants
For our longstay tenants, a security deposit is required to ensure the protection of our property and cover any potential damages or unpaid rent. Here are the key details:
• Amount: The security deposit is between €500 - €2,500 and mostly depending the length of stay and applicable to the specific property terms.
• Payment: This deposit must be paid in full before your move-in date, along with the first month's rent.
• Usage: The deposit will be used to cover any damages beyond normal wear and tear or additional cleaning required after move-out.
• Return: The deposit, minus any applicable deductions, will be returned within 15 days after you vacate the property and complete the move-out inspection.
• Conditions: To ensure a full refund, tenants must fulfill all lease terms, return the property in good condition, and provide proper notice of intent to vacate.
