This modern 69 m² apartment, elegantly decorated and part of an excellent development, will provide you with a stay full of comfort, tranquillity, and convenience.

The open-concept design harmoniously combines the living, dining, and kitchen areas. The living area features a double sofa bed, a TV, and a desk equipped with a screen for catching up on tasks. From the living area, you also have direct access to the balcony, where you can enjoy the view over the neighbourhood.

In the bedroom, you will find a comfortable double bed that provides nights of deep rest, along with a wardrobe to store your belongings. In the office, besides the desk equipped with a monitor, there is also a TV and a comfortable sofa bed.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and utensils, including an electric hob, coffee machine, washing machine, dishwasher, and all the necessary equipment to prepare meals for the day. The space features an extendable dining table for shared meals.

The entire space is illuminated with natural light during the day, creating a bright and welcoming atmosphere.

The bathroom is thoughtfully stocked with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries for your convenience.

The apartment is professionally cleaned and is located on the 7th floor of the building with elevator access.

Guests have complimentary access to the onsite Maleo Spot, an elegant and tranquil business lounge for coworking, as well as exclusive benefits at all of Maleo’s Office Centres in Lisbon.

Please note that this is personal property, so we kindly request that you treat it with care as if it were your own.

Located in a distinguished and quiet residential area, this accommodation offers the perfect balance between the tranquility of an established neighborhood and quick access to Lisbon. The neighborhood is characterized by its serenity and convenience, making it ideal for those seeking immersion in daily Lisbon life. The energy here is local and genuine, with small shops, cafes, and traditional pastry shops.

The proximity to important green and cultural spaces significantly enriches the stay. You will be within walking distance of Quinta das Conchas Park, a park for families, friends, and nature lovers. For a dose of culture, the famous Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation – with its world-renowned art museums and beautiful gardens – is easily accessible via metro or a short drive. The area has excellent connectivity, with the Lumiar metro station nearby, allowing you to reach the historic center and the most emblematic neighborhoods (Chiado, Baixa) in a few minutes.

The nearest metro station, Lumiar, is just a 9-minute walk away.

Humberto Delgado Airport is a 12-minute drive from the property.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before you can check into the apartment at 3 PM.

We ask all guests to complete a registration form that will be sent after the booking confirmation, in compliance with the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g., smell of smoke, ashes, butts, etc.), we reserve the right to charge a minimum fee of €200.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy for utilities applies, with a limit of €80 included.

For the first few days, we provide the following basic amenities: travel-size shower gel, shampoo and soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dish soap, and bin bag.

Extra cleaning: price of a cleaning fee.

Extra Linen/Clothing: €30 (towels and sheets for 2 people, i.e., when the sofa bed is not included).
