This beautifully designed flat offers a bright, modern sanctuary in one of South London’s most vibrant areas. It combines contemporary style with comfort, featuring thoughtful design details, warm natural light and impressive views that create a truly inviting retreat.
The home accommodates two guests and includes one spacious bedroom with a king-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. There is also a second bathroom with a bathtub and a wall-mounted shower. The flat is located on the fourth floor, offering privacy, tranquillity and elevated views across a leafy park.
The living room is elegantly styled with soft neutral tones, a curved sofa and a plush textured rug, all framed by floor-to-ceiling windows that open onto one of the property’s two balconies. A large TV sits above a floating media unit for a clean, modern look. The open-plan kitchen continues the refined aesthetic with glossy cabinetry, integrated appliances and smooth stone worktops, while the adjacent dining area features chic seating and brass accents. Both bathrooms provide a spa-like feel, with warm wood detailing, premium tiling and generous mirrors. The two balconies are standout features, offering sweeping park views and glimpses of the London skyline - ideal for morning coffee, evening drinks or simply relaxing in the fresh air.

The flat is perfectly positioned between Brixton, Stockwell and Clapham, giving guests access to some of South London’s most exciting neighbourhoods. Brixton is known for its dynamic energy, eclectic culture and fantastic food scene. Brixton Village and Market Row are packed with independent restaurants, including Salon, Okan, The Laundry or Naughty Piglets, while the famous Ritzy Cinema and Electric Brixton provide lively entertainment options.
Stockwell offers a more residential feel with a strong community atmosphere. It is home to cosy cafés and local favourites such as The Canton Arms, known for its excellent gastropub menu. There is also a cosy local pub (Crown & Anchor) and a local supermarket (Co-op Brixton Road), both located just a 2-minute walk from the apartment.
Clapham is also within easy reach, offering leafy streets, a fantastic park (Clapham Common), trendy bars and popular restaurants (Sorella, Trinity, Ploussard, Lina Stores, Knife, any many others). Clapham Common provides green open space for picnics, strolls or morning runs.
Transport links from the apartment are excellent. Stockwell underground station, which is the closest by foot (less than 10 minutes walk) connects with both the Northern and Victoria lines for wide city coverage - it is just 4 stops away (and 8 minutes ride) from Green Park (access to Buckingham Palace, Piccadilly, etc.) Alternatively, Brixton underground station also provides access to the Victoria line. There are also many convenient bus connections (e.g. bus line 159 to Westminster and Trafalgar Square) only 2 minutes walk from the apartment.

* Smoking is strictly prohibited in the property
* Organising parties is strictly prohibited in the property
* Any excessive noise in the property must be prevented, out of respect for the neighbours
* City Relay is not liable for any loss of keys or any other property items
* Rubbish disposal must be done by following the instructions provided for the property
* No pets are allowed (except Service Dogs) The property will only accept the number of guests booked as per the booking confirmation. Any additional guests not confirmed on the booking will not be accepted or subject to an additional charge.
Each guest will be asked to complete a pre-check-in form prior to arrival and be asked to share a form of governmental identification, Passports are required for non UK residents and UK drivers licence or passport is required for UK nationals.
This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise, and will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
Please note that last-minute reservations being made within 24 hours from the arrival date are subject to a change in check-in time from 4 P.M to 7 P.M. We would like to mention the check-in process: With City Relay, the standard option of self check-in and usually means collecting your key from a local Key Nest location close to the property or via an onsite lockbox. We do also offer the option of an in person assisted check-in and should you request this, one of the team will meet you at the property to hand over the keys and give you a quick tour of the property. For this service a fee of £40 would apply between 4pm and 7pm and a fee of £60 would apply from 7pm onwards.
Guests must leave the property in the same state as when they checked in. We suggest, in order to avoid any charges, to check and report any damages or faulty items and appliances by contacting us on guest @ cityrelay com
