Also a top of the rage osmosis system with ceramic faucet installed in the kitchen which allows to drink purer water than mineral bottle`s straight from the tap.

You have any type of restaurants, bars, shops, Cinemas, and 2 of the best beaches on either side. Being able to avoid the car and walk to all the above in crowded periods is an incredible advantage. 5 minutes away by car you also have 3 Golf courses (Aloha, la Dama de noche, Los Naranjos) , very nice tennis clubs (Puente Romano, Manolo Santana club) , horse ridding and great and beautiful roads for mountain biking and running. NO NOISE/SMOKING: For those groups who think might want to play loud music at night or smoke inside the property, please abstain from booking. LATE NIGHT AWARENESS: Because this is a townhouse, sound travels easily. We strictly ask guests to remove high heels indoors and be mindful of heavy footsteps. Do not ring the community speakerphone/intercom late at night to avoid waking neighbors; you must ensure you carry your physical keys. ZERO TOLERANCE: We`ll have zero tolerance with the breach of this rule proceeding with the immediate cancellation of the reservation and getting the authorities to escort the guests out straight awa
